Nice personal Location needs transport to move to both malls, the Gardens and the MegaMall, or even to Nu Mall Add to budget travel cost daily on Grab or Bolt . Make sure your booking room have window 😅

I recently stayed at this hotel and would describe the overall experience as average. The location was quite convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and public transport. Check-in was smooth and the staff were generally polite, though not particularly warm or welcoming. The room was clean but fairly basic. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, and the amenities provided were standard. However, the furniture looked a bit dated and the soundproofing could have been better, as I could hear some noise from the hallway at times. The facilities were acceptable but nothing special. Everything worked as expected, though the overall atmosphere felt quite ordinary. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, but it’s not outstanding either. It’s suitable for a short stay if you’re looking for something reasonably priced and convenient, but don’t expect anything luxurious.

Seriously, for anyone thinking of booking, don't be swayed by the low price. After staying there myself, I feel like I got ripped off. As soon as you walk in, there's that musty, old-hotel smell, and it's even worse in the room. The tiny bed had some short hairs on it, the bathroom was incredibly cramped, and the AC barely worked. The whole place was just awful, and it was really noisy outside. Plus, this hotel is truly unethical. My friend drooled a little in their sleep and slightly stained a pillowcase, and they demanded we pay 30 MYR. Is that even reasonable? They forced us to pay. Why didn't they mention beforehand that guests need to keep their hotel spotless? And frankly, your bedsheets were already incredibly dirty.

This hotel is pretty good, but it's a bit inconvenient for those without a car or who want to eat out. At this price, there's really nothing to complain about.

Good hotel and good services

I was genuinely surprised by Hotel Valenza; it's far better than what other reviews led me to believe. The price was incredibly affordable and offered fantastic value for money. The location is top-notch – super close to the mall, right on the main road, and very easy to find. Parking is free and spacious, accommodating even motorcycles comfortably. The receptionists were friendly, and the check-in process was a breeze. My only minor gripe is the lack of a bidet in the toilet. Other than that, everything was great, and I definitely recommend it!

Location look nice but the hotel have to renovate

Everything was great. Their staff really good. They even help me with adding the hour even though it's his rest time and waiting for changing shift. The place really easy to access and the parking also easy.
