Surprised of 5 stars level hotel and the cleanliness too bad. Towel smelly and too aged. Wish to claim back the fees if possible. While asking to change the towels, took almost 30 minutes.

. / It was a transit trip because it was a festive week, so from Melaka, stop by at this hotel before continue my trip to Perak for the next day It was my 3rd time in this hotel.

One of the best hotels in KL. The place is in the heart of KL. Accessible to a nearby mall which is just a walking distance in case if you feel like going on a shopping spree.

The reception was warm and excellent. The room was spacious and really comfortable. The buffet breakfast was variety and really tasty. Location was great and convenience. Highly recommended.

I stay at Room 1402… when you open A Shower water… u Can hear water running through pipe and Its so loud… mattress is hard for me

Very comfortable, super spacious, Room has bathtub and normal standing shower room. Location is superb, next to LRT and Sunway Putra Mall. Price is superb affordable. Would love to stay here again.

Location was superb. Senang sangat nak pergi mall just walk across the bridge. Service pun mantap. Receptionists and staffs were very friendly and they were nicely dressed too. My only complaints would be the not so cold aircond and the hallways were quite spooky. But overall i enjoyed my stay there.

An affordable hotel that turned out to be pretty decent and comfortable with full toiletries provided. The room furnishings are dated and need more maintenance. Security also needs to be improved as room access is easily accessible. With the convenience of a mall and the rail network at the doorstep, this hotel location has its own plus points.

Arrived around 6pm and checked in was smooth. Not much people at the lobby. Staff were professional and work fast. Room cleanliness was acceptable. Aircond and wifi works well. Overall it was a good stay.

Service was good. Despite booking room with King Bed but was given twin bed room with a reason rooms are full which doesn't reflect an efficient managing. But was offered a room with nice KLCC view. Swimming pool is a bit small. Flat rate of RM5  for parking.

Overall services are good, friendly and professional front staff. Only restaurant staff need more training..I guess they are either intern or trainees. Waitresses shouldnt wipe pieces of food dropped on the table to the floor. A few of them need to wear a smile on their faces, and show some interest in their own work.

It's giving a luxurious stay with all the services given..park with ease..explore KL with rails services just right in front of the hotel..was not easy to get this price for 2 nights stay..thanks trip for the great offer
