Everything is perfect. Direct access to midvalley mall, if u want to go to Klcc,.just take nearby lrt station Abdullah hukum (walking distance). Breakfast not much choice, but acceptable. Car park is flat rate RM5 per entry after validate. From my window can see TRX tower, Merdeka 118, and partially Klcc.

Enjoyed our stay every time we come to Kuala Lumpur. The staff are accommodating and the location is so superb it’s linked to not one but two malls.

Thank you for the room upgrade. Front desk was proactive and helpful. Room was spacious and interior is well kept although due for update.

The hotel is conveniently located right above a mall and a supermarket, with plenty of dining options available. There's even a Pop Mart on the fourth floor of the mall. Some rooms offer a great view of the city's second-tallest building. Getting to the airport is also easy, a taxi ride takes about 50 minutes.

The first room that we checked in was sprayed with air freshener which was repulsive and caused allergic reactions to us and we immediately requested to move to another room and it took almost an hour for the hotel management to move us to another room. We were unhappy about it.

This hotel gives good value for money. All the basic necessities are there. The shower cubicle does not leak onto the toilet floor unlike many other hotels. Midvalley mall next to it makes it super convenient. Room tends to be noisy though from the outside roads and buildings.

Nice, clean hotel with great location for shopping at the famous mid valley shopping Center. Also plenty of good food options for you to choose. Stayed here again upon my return after several years.
