Overall:Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location. Would recommend. I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location is the best! I requested a high-floor room with a Pavilion view and was given room 1212. On the second day, I asked for room makeup, and the housekeeping team did a great job. They cleaned the room well and even helped tidy my things ☺️ They also gave me a prayer mat as requested, and it smelled really nice 🥰 Thank you for the wonderful service. Me & husbdand happy giler ❤️❤️

On the day of arrival, alighted from GrabCar, no help with the luggage from the two staff standing the valet. Check-in was okay, average waiting time. Location was good and within walking distance to many places, however too messy at the street outside the hotel. And one thing to note: the front door heading to the street open till 10pm only. Room: Queen-sized bed, pillow too soft, can’t feel anything when lie down. But two pillows like too tall to sleep on. Toilet: shower and toilet is separated, good.

One of the key advantages of this hotel is its excellent location, which makes it convenient for exploring the surrounding area and accessing nearby attractions. However, I found that the room cleanliness leaves room for improvement, as I noticed hair and ants in certain areas during my stay. This affected the overall comfort and experience. Furthermore, I believe the staff could benefit from additional training to enhance their professionalism, ensuring guests feel more welcomed and well taken care of.

Location is good and helpful staff. But it's very noisy especially midnights on Saturday and Sunday, where there are Motorcycles racing and Car racing...

Strategic location. Cross the small lane to Fahrenheit and use the underpass to Pavilion It's sheltered all the way except for that small lane crossing. It can be a little too noisy at night for a light sleeper as it's right along the Bukit Bintang stretch. The entrance/exit to the hotel along that stretch is open from 10am to 11pm. Else use the side one, which is also for pick-up and drop-off, but it has a flight of stairs. The staff are friendly and helpful.

this hotel location is the best . near shopping mall, shopping and eat all nearby only , walk less than 3 mins. but the hotel is a bit old, and the pillow long time never change , i cant sleep well. .pillow case also yellow hahaha...

Hotel is located in the middle of the busy Bukit Bintang. Family room was very spacious and comfortable. Very convenient to walk to shopping malls. However if your room is located on the lower level, it can get quite noisy due to traffic and loud music from the street even after midnight.
