My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. Firstly, there was never anyone at the reception desk. I had to call a number and wait for a receptionist to come to check me in. This was frustrating and made me feel unwelcome.
The environment of the hotel was also bad, particularly in terms of safety for women. I did not feel secure during my stay. Moreover, the hotel did not mention that guests would have to climb up to the third floor, which was difficult with heavy luggage.
The facilities of the hotel were also substandard. The air conditioning unit was an outdated model from 20 years ago, and did not function properly. At times, I had to call the receptionist to fix the air conditioning, and they were not helpful in addressing the issue. The staff's attitude was also poor, as they blamed me for not pressing the remote properly when the air conditioning unit malfunctioned.
To make matters worse, the only way to access the ground floor from the upper floors was via a small, high staircase that was challenging to navigate. Overall, my experience at this hotel was unpleasant, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Location is good.
Staff is nice, helpful and friendly.
The main thing was that AC was broken on second day, the entrance door as well, so anyone could come over from the street, and room wasn’t clean enough.
