Worth all the penny I had spended.. But unfortunately the hotel under building extension so theres some facilities likes TV channels are not supplied.. Reception service staffs are very friendly n helpful.. Recommend.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay from 1–5 February. The room provided was far smaller than advertised, making it difficult to even open my luggage due to the limited walking space. The room was also very stuffy. Between 2–4am, there was excessive noise from motorbikes racing outside, making it impossible for my friend and me to sleep. Due to the discomfort and exhaustion, we checked out early on 2 February. I am requesting a full refund as the stay did not meet reasonable expectations.

Great spot near a lot of attractions 7 11 is right there, 7 min to supermarket Clean room but quite noisy + on one morning the electricity was turning off (so was the light and conditioner) all by itself for a couple of minute. We didn't complaine, the next day everything worked fine There are bottles of water in the room and water cooler on the ground floor. Wifi was working. The receptionist was friendly

The room is really nice! Hygiene: Excellent Environment: Good It has a fridge and a TV. Right outside, you'll find the metro station and Merdeka Square. It's in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, and it only takes a few minutes by taxi to get to major shopping malls. Service: Good
