Amazing hotel, everything is close by and would 100% come back here.

Everything fine. The only things is that if u request for extra bed there will be an extra charge per day used.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Location-wise its good, about 10 mins wakling distance to Pavilion and plenty of restaurants and outlet around. Room-wise, its a little worn, maintenance is needed and the unit we stayed in has a slight unpleasent 'sewer' odor in the bathrooms, hence will need to keep the ventilation exhaust on all the time. Service-wise its very good, everyone is very friendly, helpful and polite. A special mention for Putra from housekeeping, he kept the our unit very clean and tidy [Thank you Putra].

One of the best stays due to the location and spaciousness. However, since it’s a slightly older hotel, the rooms could use some deep-clean to remove the dust. But overall would recommend.

Excellent excellent location, amenities, ambiance and people. It begins with a top class security that is client friendly and looks after your well being and holds the door before you get there. There is a sense of excellence with everyone I encountered. From security, bus boy, front desk, and cleaners. The pool and facility is cleaned and well maintained. Close to the train at head of street and when I was in bed I can fall asleep with the KL tower lights to my room

This was an absolutely terrible experience. I lost my phone here, and in over a decade of global travel, I've never encountered such a dishonest hotel, not even at motels or budget inns. Here's what happened: I checked out at 11:30 AM, left my luggage at the front desk, and went to Pavilion for lunch. While eating, I remembered I'd left my backup phone on the bed. I didn't worry much about it at the time, thinking I'd just grab it when I went back for my luggage. Around 1:30 PM, I returned to the hotel and told the front desk about my phone. They didn't immediately let me go up to retrieve it, making me wait downstairs for almost twenty minutes. I got impatient and mentioned I had a flight to catch, which is when they finally sent someone up with me. Once we got to the room, it had already been cleaned, and my phone wasn't on the bed. I immediately called my backup phone, and it was off. I instantly told them that their cleaning staff must have taken it, as I was 100% sure my phone was fully charged the night before. Several staff members stood there, chattering away, insisting they hadn't taken it. Because I had a flight, I quickly left my email and departed. I tried contacting them via email afterward, but nothing was resolved, and they stopped replying to my inquiries. This experience was utterly disappointing. If I hadn't had a flight to catch, I would have definitely called the police. If you plan to stay at this hotel, make sure you don't let their housekeeping enter your room, and secure all your valuables!

It is my go to accommodation in Kuala Lumpur! EVERYTHING IS GREAT THERE!

The location is ideal and the room is spacious, but the water and electricity equipment is a bit old and lacks maintenance, especially the air-conditioning system!

Good location. However, there's no smart TV or Netflix .The existing TV is an old version and not entertaining. I saw a cochroach luring around in the toilet, and I had no idea where that came from .

The location is great, despite being right in the city it is very Serene and quiet. The amenities however is not at par with the price paid. There is no smart TV, the balcony light is out and there isn't even a table and chair out in the balcony. Think the room was not occupied for a long time hence a weird smell when I first got into the room. Other than that, everything was OK. Breakfast at the cafes were ok.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Overall a good experience. There are cafes and massage parlour onsite. Location is accessible can walk to Pavilion in 10 mins.

Good service apartment in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Location wise quite secluded and definitely a good place to relax
