I was disappointed with my stay. The room cleanliness was below acceptable standards. The toilet was clogged, and the bathroom floor was dangerously slippery. Essential amenities such as mineral water, toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers were not provided. Only one pack of tissue was supplied. In addition, the bedsheet had visible stains, which was unacceptable.
Customer service was also poor. Responses to messages were very slow, and the staff did not appear welcoming or helpful. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I believe significant improvements are needed in both cleanliness and customer service.
Very poor and not worth paying for 4 star stay.

The view is very good and beautiful, and the location is close to Jalan Alor. It's a great place to stay if you want to be near there. Also, the staff are friendly.

The room was great – spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The swimming pool was a real highlight; the kids absolutely loved it.

This was my second stay, but the soundproofing in this room was really bad! Parking cost RM12/day for three days! The supermarket downstairs closed very early! There wasn't much good food nearby! I even had to walk across the main road to Alor Street to eat! The stalls there were overpriced, and I noticed a durian vendor trying to pass off Thai durians as Musang King and Black Thorn to mainland Chinese tourists! Unbelievable! If you take the pedestrian bridge, it's very dirty, unkempt, and there are homeless people living there! However, if you're a family staying for multiple days, it's quite cost-effective, as it has a kitchen and a washing machine!

The environment was just okay, and cleanliness wasn't great either. However, downstairs was super convenient, very close to Jalan Alor. The front desk was a nightmare though. When I checked out, there was no one there! I couldn't get my deposit back. Since I had a flight to catch, I had to leave. After contacting customer service, they eventually refunded part of it. Next time, I'll definitely stick to a proper hotel. Even though I lost some of the handling fee, at least I got some of my money back, which was a relief.

Avoid this place! This four-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur is an absolute scam!
I have truly never stayed in such an outrageous 'four-star' hotel; it felt like I paid money to suffer.
Upon checking in, I thought the room looked pretty tidy, and my first impression wasn't bad. But when I lay down on the bed, I clearly saw large yellow stains on the duvet, and the pillowcases had an indescribable smell. The room didn't provide tissues, disposable toothbrushes, or slippers – nothing at all. Even when I requested housekeeping the next day, the bath towels weren't replaced.
As soon as I discovered the dirty amenities, I immediately contacted the front desk to request new bedding. I received no response that day, and the next day, my messages were read but ignored. When I went to the front desk to inquire, the reply I got left me speechless: “Our hotel policy is to clean rooms only once every four days.”
So, I'm paying four-star prices just to sleep in someone else's dirty bedding that's been used for days? This isn't a hotel; it's clearly a filthy dormitory!
I seriously doubt their 'four-star' rating is anything more than something they paid for. Other hotels strive for a great guest experience, but you guys are all about 'sustainable use,' even reusing bedding until it's practically fossilized before changing it.
I strongly suspect that all the hotel's cleaning staff have been fired, leaving only the front desk to fob off guests with the ridiculous excuse of “cleaning once every four days.”
I advise all friends visiting Kuala Lumpur: if you don't want to experience the disgusting feeling of sleeping on 'heirloom' bedding, blacklist this place immediately!

Location is good as it’s within walking distance of a few malls like lalaport and times square. Did see a bug during the stay but otherwise, the check in was smooth considering we booked on the day of check in and we were going to check in after the counter closing time.

Close to Jalan Alor, just across the road. Both the room and living room have views of TRX. The location is good, and it's not too far from Pavilion.
