Located nearby Lalaport, Zepp KL, Berjaya Time Square and within Bukit Bintang walking distances. The room which i stayed 415, for me is acceptable with the decor is a bit outdated and maybe could use some future updating. There were no complimentary mineral water and no hot kettle provided, only two glasses and a jug which for the water hot or warm water, you need to walk to nearby coway water dispenser which located next to the lift.
There is insect like ants all over the table mostly nearby tv desk. The phoneline always engaged, tried for few times within 25 minutes time trying to reach the Front Desk or Operator for assistant, only F&B department where not engage but nobody answered.
The bathroom is also in need of renovation and only simple amminietes provided i.e Toothbrush and No Shaver.
The entrace to carpark at 1st and 2nd floor was quite narrow and confusing, the parking area also quite tight and you need to take the parking ticket and verify at the ground floor counter if you want to exit the hotel and the surrounding hotel access road look like it require some flattening and levelling and also i need of clear signage for direction.
Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay, but there are areas for improvement in terms of access, amenities and room condition.
