Overall the stay was good..Service was good from counter staff to bell boy bringing our luggage up to our room. Feedback about the TV not upgraded yet to Internet TV and informed upgrading still ongoing. Amenities very accessible and transportation node as well. Highly recommended.

Best.. View had a construction building 🏗️ The room was huge.. clean.. had a tub.. had a double-decker bed for the kids.. Sofa.. TV with Netflix.. regular TV.. Below a mall.. easy to find food.. there's an LRT to go anywhere.. Parking is available and easy.

The room is big, spacious, clean, and has new furniture. We got a free upgrade from a family room to a 2-bedroom suite. When we called for a prayer mat and extra blanket, they arrived quickly. The staff are friendly, but the breakfast buffet only offered vegetarian options. However, it was still okay as there were choices. I will definitely repeat my stay here because of its excellent location in the heart of KL, and it's just one floor down to Berjaya Times Square for shopping.

Though our Premier room was big in size, it was not efficiently layout with bed facing the entrance door directly. Though we were at 32nd storey, the room faced a tower under construction. Fortunately upon request, we were given another room on the 43rd storey the next day, though it was a 'downgrade' to a Superior room. Thanks to the friendly front desk lady who helped us with the room change. Cheers
