This Hotel is rated much to high. The only benefit is the location right next to the twin towers. We arrived at midnight at the hotel and the reception was empty only a security guy was there. He called someone and a guy appeared . We received the keycard and a lot of WhatsApp messages how to do what and where is what located. Then the guy disappeared. The room was a Desaster. Mattress stained and dirty, furniture all old and dirty. Bathrobe full of stains and towels full of holes. Cabinets dirty and full of some bugpoison. Terrific . The rooftop pool in a bad condition. Never book this hotel again

Finally checked off the highly popular infinity pool at The Face Suites Kuala Lumpur! The night view is absolutely breathtaking. Standing in the pool, you're directly facing the magnificent Petronas Twin Towers, and you can also see the Merdeka 118 with the entire city lights spread out below – the ambiance is just incredible. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. It gets a bit more crowded after dusk, but it doesn't affect the viewing experience at all; every photo you take looks like a masterpiece. You definitely have to stay here when you visit Kuala Lumpur. This unique high-altitude romance was truly the biggest surprise of the trip. Highly recommended!

The apartment was great, with amazing views. The check-in process was very smooth and quick. The infinity pool in the complex was impressive for its views, although the maintenance was a bit lacking, but this is not the fault of the accommodation itself. A highly recommended place, right in the center of everything.

Nice & Spacious My room with KLCC view was awesome. The washing machine with dryer make it an excellent stay. A pool with KLCC view and night view is so beautiful. A few minutes walk to KLCC.

The location and the view is excellent . We arrived at midnight and are expecting the apartment to be clean. However, we noticed an unpleasant odour on the bedsheets and sent a message to the host requesting that they change the bedding in the morning. We have not received a response. Consequently, our stay has been uncomfortable due to the poor cleanliness. Quite pricey for this unpleasant experience.

I stayed at this apartment for a few days during my trip. The location was great and the room itself was quite spacious, but everything else completely ruined my experience. The room was terribly dirty, with cockroaches running around, worn-out furniture, and stained bed linen. It honestly felt like someone had just checked out right before I walked in. To top it all off, after staying here, I developed multiple skin rashes. I’ve had to spend over $800 on skincare treatments, and I still haven't fully cured my skin. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, I strongly advise paying a bit more to get a decent hotel room instead.
