Great hotel, with friendly staff. From the moment we left the transfer we were dealt with politely and efficiently, making us feel welcomed.
The location is pretty good near the heart of the city. Rooms were lovely and clean with rainfall showers, and blackout curtains.
Breakfast was a lovely fusion of cuisines both local and continental, to cater to all types of diets..
The staff happily accommodated our late check out. and even let us wait round the pool till our transfer arrived

Very good location, and love the services provided by all the staff, very attentive. Room is clean and tidy, there's parking spots for guests and valet parking (rm40/entry) worth the prices. Will definitely book the room again whenever visiting kl.

The service at this hotel was quite inconsistent. I checked in at night and the lady at the front desk wasn’t very helpful, I requested a high floor and didn’t even receive a response. The hotel looks newly renovated, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved.
Location-wise, it’s great. It’s right at the junction just outside the congested part of Bukit Bintang, and within walking distance to both Pavilion and the new TRX.
The best part of the stay was the breakfast, the spread was impressive and definitely the highlight.

Decent location, great selection at breakfast, clean and new interior of hotel, reasonable price for a Park Royal hotel too - will recommend if you are looking for a hotel at this price range :)

The family suite is clean, spacious, and welcoming, with great amenities. However, our stay would have been more memorable if (1) housekeeping didn’t need to be reminded to carry out room service (we stayed four nights and the beds and sheets were only tidied once, after calling guest services) and (2) repair work was scheduled when guests were not in the room. The rooms are not exactly sound-proof (although tolerable) you can hear stomping sounds above you, guests speaking loudly along the corridor and loud door closing sounds.
The saving grace is that the staff are polite, helpful, and responsive. The property is also just a stone’s throw away from the Bukit Bintang shopping cluster, which is a big plus.

Service ok. Breakfast ok. Room very small and not enough space to manouver luggages, not enough space for prayer without stepping over each other. A small desk for 'work' provided but its so high, and a banquet chair which is lower comes with it. Not sure why. Location is great if you want to hang out bukit bintang area.

The location of the hotel is great but the room is not that spacious, hotel staff is not friendly and welcoming. Certain location in the breakfast area is not light up. Feeling like eating in the dark but ur next table has very bright light. A lil frustates with the table seating, requested for a different table but was not entertained.

Location was pretty good, though KL is not exactly a very walkable city. Hotel was clean. There was also a safe in the room which was a huge plus.
