Very aesthetic but very impractical. There is a curtain. Doors keep slamming very noisy. Drain is slow. Low water pressure. Little space to put luggage. Thanks for the anniversary set up.

It was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The hotel staffs were all friendly and welcoming. It was at the great location and accessible. We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. Coming soon in November.

Great location. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang shopping area, just in front of Sungei Wang Plaza. Comfortable bed, with nice view . Breakfast are tasty and a lot of choices with local and international cuisine.

location close to main attraction areas, parking was cheap but need to verified at the receptionist prior exit the toilet was not properly cleaned, someone urine was in the toilet.

Location was a plus point as its tug in the corner of the main shopping district. Similar to other park royal hotel, rooms had the nature ambience with woody furnitures which provide a special touch. Overall nothing exceptional as compare to other park royal hotel in neighbouring, in-room & pool cleanliness can be improved.

The hotel room and facilities was very clean and newly renovated. Great location for walking, driving and public transportation. Would not get caught in the busy Bukit Bintang jam if driving.

Really have to give thumbs up to Park Royal Collective KL! I’ve put a note that it’s for my boyf bday stay and they decorated the room & complimentary cigar chocolate bar for us! Lovely arrangement and shoutout to Hakimi told me about the deco in private for me so I get to surprise my boyf while walking into the room πŸ˜πŸ‘

It was a memorable short-stay experience in the Parkroyal Collection Kuala Lumpur. The location is superb; the hotel is just opposite Sungai Wang Plaza shopping mall and nearby to bukit bintang attractions. I am thankful to the reception staff for allowing us an early check-in at 12.30pm so that we could keep our luggage in the room to get our lunch. The hotel lobby is spacious, and the hotel staff were very helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The food during breakfast was variety and tastes good too. Kudos to the hotel staff for being able to fulfill my special request for my friend's birthday arrangement. They put the decorations up and even extended us a chocolate birthday cake. We will definitely come back.
