I enjoyed my stay at Riccarton Capsule. A KL friend warned me that dormitory-style hotels might not be safe, but honestly I was more worried about my belongings than about myself. The online listing showed lockers, but when I arrived there were none, so I had to carry all my things up to my upper-deck capsule. This might not be ideal for elderly guests, people with physical limitations, or anyone travelling with large luggage. Other than that, I really liked how peaceful the place was—no noise, no unpleasant smells and it's safe for solo female travellers. The aircon was super cold, and the capsule itself was very convenient, with useful buttons like door lock/unlock, night reading light, and adjustable aircon intensity. The toilets were also quite clean. The pillow is a little flat so it's good if you've a cushion which can stack it for comfort. There is a rooftop where you can chill and look at views. Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend it for younger travellers or those who don’t mind climbing in and out of a top bunk. If you dislike climbing, this might not be for you.

The hotel has a good price level for a 1-night stay. However, the cleaning should be improved.

Everything is so bad. I regret staying here. You can get a hotel room in a better location for the same price. This hostel should pay you to stay here

Parking is available, but spaces are limited. There was a strange odor upon entering the room, so I had to open the windows to air it out. The carpet felt a bit sticky, and there were no disposable slippers or toothbrushes provided. :(

The location is horrible and the place is just very dim. The lockers have no locks and the dispensers do not work, the bathrooms are so dirty and smell very very bad and nothing works , it is only comfortable inside the cupsle but the hotel and environment are really really bad I would recommend you to search for SPACE HOTEL 50000 KL there is a very good clean smelling good environment , free tea and a balcony also a very amazing lounge. I do not recommend Riccarton Hotel it is very bad a hotel the worst hotel I ever been to.

Receptionist is friendly and quickly check in for us. The hotel is situated near highway Very noisy The water tap and hand shower water bath pressure is very low to the point is just triggering Room is basic cleanliness but the carpet is quite dirty No hair dryer no toothbrush Only provide bath towel and one type of bath wash soap

It was a good stay and worth the money. I liked how they had some food, can drinks and noodles available to purchase.

This was horrible experience stay in KL Window handle broken，basin tap broken，chair dirty，and the bed also dirty.
