Our stay at M Resort & Hotel was fantastic, offering a perfect blend of luxury and convenience for our family vacation. Great breakfast and the pool is bigger than I thought. Here to celebrate my wife's birthday 😊. Thanks to the hotel management for a birthday treats. Really appreciate it. Will repeat again in future

Family Staycation with a Toddler — Great Experience! We were a family of 2 adults with our 3-year-old toddler, and we had a lovely short city staycation here. The hotel is very kids-friendly, and we truly enjoyed our time. (We only discovered the surprisingly spacious sauna area just before checking out! 😆) The room was beautiful and tastefully designed, with a great view overlooking the train tracks, something our son absolutely loved. 🚆 Breakfast had a great variety and everything we tried was delicious. The only small downside was that the carpark is a bit of a walk from the lobby, but thankfully there’s a buggy car service that made it manageable. A big shoutout to the staff; everyone was super helpful, especially the bellboy who assisted us during check-in. We were a little sad not to see him again the next day to properly thank him. Overall, a fun, comfortable, and satisfying stay. Would definitely recommend for families with little ones!

[Service-wise] Surprised my parents for their anniversary treat. Glad that they super love it! I love how helpful the frontdesk was in assisting me when I inquired if I may alter my checkin dates (despite knowing it wasnt their job, yet still patient and helpful). When I arrived, turned out my request to do a n anni deco didnt get through the hotel but to make up, the hotelier gifted a complimentary cake which again, surprised my parents dearly. [Location and Surrounding] The ambience is perfect, I learn that it is a family's choice given the wonderful pool facility. My parents find it a charming getaway. I have 2 suggestions however, for overall astounding future review: 1) the shower floor was kind of slippery which I hope it was the result of excessive floor cleaner and not due to lack of scrub/brushing of the floor. Since the tiles are black in color, I'm afraid that housekeeping may skip to properly brush the floor. 2) the 2-seaters tables at the coffee house may have been arranged too near to the other. I have no problem in general but unfortunately I was seated next to a barbaric woman who upon seeing my mom and my arrival next to her, she started flipping her hair unstoppable! It was disgusting as it's a dining place. And then she suddenly had to take a phone call and started talking so loudly with her menacing laughter. Her attitude in fact got me thinking how such a person is a guest lol. Anyway, my point is, there were so many other empty tables as I dined before dinner buffet but we were unfortunate to be placed so near to a barbarian lol. Perhaps can arrange with some distance. Food was good and as usual, your hoteliers were helpful and nice.

Fast check in. Bilik agak kecil. But dalam fridge ada compliment like air tin & kitkat. Request for birthday cake & dipenuhi. Breakfast is okay. Pool okay. Overall is okay.

The hotel room is clean and cozy. It’s suitable for family staycation. My kids enjoyed so much.
