Overall room is nice but the refund deposit is super slow , cant use credit card ( I use qr) ask them no reply . Please improve your service

Everything is good, even free coffee was equipped and washing detergent; the only pros is that the toilet bowl seems to start leaking on the 2nd day of the stay. Overall is satisfying and will definitely stay back again

Good location, walking distance to Mid Valley Mall. Paid Parking is available, and the apartment is clean and tidy. Toiletries like toothbrush, comb etc are not available so you need to bring.

Lovely apartment with well-equipped amenities and a comfortable stay overall. A few minor issues: I found a broken tumbler and coaster, and Netflix would occasionally log out, requiring assistance from the receptionist. Safety is generally good, but I noticed my room sticker code left on the elevator panel, which could allow easy access. I reported it, but there was no acknowledgment. With better maintenance and attention to security, it would be a great stay.

Overall the unit clean. Some area around the waredrobe a bit dusty, but acceptabl. Location very good. Nearby walking distance to Mid Valley Mall / The Gardens where you can find shoppings and foods around. There's no hanger initially in the room, however the customer service bring to us after we feedback. Washing machine is available to clean the clothing. Prior few days before travel, I checked with the customer service if the early check is possible. They told Yes but only until when I do the actual check-in, then only mentioned we have to pay RM 80++ for the early check with 2 hours earlier. It's not wrong on the clause but I hope it could be more transparent to let us know beforehand that there's a fee to imposed for early check in.

Amenities: The cooking facilities are comprehensive, with a microwave and toaster in addition to the usual appliances, and a complete set of tableware, plus a washer-dryer. Hygiene: Very poor. There were dust bunnies on the floor, and the towels were mismatched—one white, the other so old it had turned yellow. When I pulled back the sheets, I could see stubborn yellow stains and tiny hairs. Environment: The location is incredibly convenient, with a subway station and train station right at the entrance. It's surrounded by high-end office buildings and shopping areas, with a skybridge directly connecting to shops. You can find places like Huayang and Haijiao Ren nearby for food. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy due to the railway downstairs, so light sleepers should be cautious. Service: The front desk service was good. I didn't experience any other services; don't bother trying to contact them through Trip.com to change towels or rooms.

The bathroom was fully equipped with high-quality toiletries, adding a touch of luxury to my routine. The hotel's dining service was equally impressive. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring everything from freshly baked pastries to authentic local delicacies, all incredibly tempting. Furthermore, the hotel's restaurant offers exquisite international cuisine, suitable for both business dinners and family gatherings. The most memorable aspects were the hotel's fitness center and swimming pool. The facilities were state-of-the-art and the environment elegant, allowing me to maintain my energy levels even during a busy schedule. In summary, this hotel not only boasts a prime location but also offers superior service quality, making it an ideal choice for city travelers. The environment is clean, comfortable, and hygienic. Overall, it was a good experience.

This was our second stay at the property. Our first experience was so good that coming back for this short trip felt like a no-brainer. Unfortunately, this time around, it was a bit hit-or-miss. We were assigned a unit that wasn’t as clean as we had expected. There were strands of hair in both the living room and bedroom, and we also noticed ants in the unit. Then there was the smell — the living area had a stench that made it feel like we lived next to a garbage truck. To this day, we still couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The refuse room was far from our unit, and there was no foul smell outside, so it remained a mystery. The bathroom was huge, which was great, but I absolutely hated the toilet roll holder. It just wouldn’t hold the roll properly — one quick pull and the whole thing would go flying. Thank goodness it was only a short stay. Despite this unfortunate experience, we’d still return to the property the next time we’re in Kuala Lumpur. The gym is quite good, and the staff at the property are polite and helpful. If we ever get assigned another stinky unit, I’ll definitely speak up right away.

There are still hair n dust in the closet. Master bathroom bath soap n shampoo are all run out. We had to pour from the other bathroom. Also, we hoped there was some drinking glasses other than the 4 cups for entertaining guests.
