An exceptional stay with elegant, comfortable rooms and outstanding hospitality. The room was clean, beautifully designed, and relaxing. Staff were warm, attentive, and professional, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, a refined experience that exceeded expectations. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning.

I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Sentral KL. The service was excellent, especially from the receptionist who is from Sarawak. She was extremely friendly, helpful, polite and welcoming throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service really made me feel comfortable and appreciated as a guest. She definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you so much! I would definitely come back again. ❤️

The hotel's decor is average, but the location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby, which is very convenient. It's very close to the Central Station, less than a 10-minute walk away. Getting to and from the airport is very easy, and the night view is beautiful.

The hotel location is great, walking distance to NU Sentral mall and just behind KL Sentral. But response from the hotel to get the best direction is a disappointment.

Location is excellent. A bit difficult to find my way from the KLIA exit as it was my first time, but easy once you know. The reception queue took about half an hour being a Saturday and obviously a lot of bookings. Other days, obviously not so busy. Very good value on normal low price, but again, price hikes on busy days. I especially like access to the central mall and train links. I would stay there again.

The location is really excellent. A stone's throw from KL Monorail Station, and a short walk from KL Sentral Station, through the NU Sentral Mall. Many eateries right in front and around the hotel. Convenience stores are also nearby.
