Only problem they never offer me the high floor and quiet floor. My floor no view and no privacy

No one actually clean up my room for every 2 days as scheduled. The breakfast required some improvement. Location is excellent for travellers moving to KL Sentral and Bukit Bintang.

Location is good as it is close to Central Market and surrounded by eateries.If you love shopping, you can find good stuff here.The only downside i can see is they don't clean the rooms everyday, I was actually informed upon check in that they clean every after 2 nights of stay.I stayed for 3 days, it wasn't cleaned till i left.The guard on duty did his job well.He helped me with my luggage .He was also kind when i told him, I'll be back later at night time to get my luggage.As for the buffet for breakfast, it needs to be improved as they have limited choices.

nice hotel and convenience walking distance to chinatown and LRT is just behind the hotel . will stay again

The hotel was so good & looked great, when we entered the lobby, it was so great design & had many waiting spots. The room looks well designed as a central kl attraction. However, we just entered, and faced some issues. The toilet sink was flooded and so dirty and shower 🚿 was no hot water . After contacting the staff, it was just an onsite repair and waiting for them. It caused our time as should be checking probably before we check in. Then we just went out and leaving them to repair. The staff said the water heat was flowing slowly for every rooms. This must be improving and maintenance, I think this is not the second time. The beds are so comfy and comfortable. But the plugs were so loose. Luckily, tak kebakaran. The location was located at central transit and as few minutes to Markets such as rapid LRT and Chinatown. For those travel by car, precautions there were parking lot was so expensive. The hotel didn't provided and have to charges separately. The parking ppl was not friendly and rude. They were not integrity as we saw some car already leaving and said full. They offered us to park but need to remind car key then I thought why !!?? If we parked there why still need to move?? Need google to find cheapest parking within a few meters. Overall, it is comfortable to stay but a hotel with 4 stars, needs to maintain update the building and amenities. Should be 4 1/2 star !! NOT SATISFIED WITH PARKING LOT !!

Perfect location besides MRT go most attraction place just few station away. Lots of places to eat all days. Staff is nice. There is few small things can improve as the room I stay is additional layout after renovation facing hot water issues (need keep water running more than 10 mins to get it hot after few hours need to repeat the practice. Bath towels I have already tear after recycling using and maybe will have issues with those guy more sensitive on the cleanest of the towels. Bathroom size just bit small maybe is at corner of building. Overall is a pleasant stay.
