Superb location to everywhere either by Grab or by train. Smell good externally (hotel surrounding) and internally (room). Staff is super friendly. Room is so comfortable. My choice of hotel when coming to KL.

Great location just right next to KL Sentral / NU Sentral Mall.. comfortable, Clean and easy access to many restaurants nearby.
Vast varieties of breakfast buffet.. love it !

Excellent hotel and hotel staff and very accommodating and helpful. Love the very spacious washroom. It’s beside KL Sentral, and theres a connecting walkway when the mall is open, very convenient.

Stay was fine until day2, the shower didnt function at all. There is a notification saying that the heater will be down until the next day 6am but the room has no water at all besides having the heater down. Went to reception at midnight telling them the issue, they say will send someone up BUT no body came. Other than this, no other issue.

2nd time stay here. Staff really polite & helpful. Location was great. Walking distance to shopping mall & restaurant. Near to public transport lrt station.

The location is a major plus and the main reason I choose to stay at Aloft Hotel. It's conveniently situated between KL Sentral and NU Sentral, making it easy to access the KLIA Express, ETS, and other public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The facilities are generally great, but cleanliness could be improved — I noticed black marks on the bedsheets, and the towels appeared worn out and nearly torn, which suggests they may need replacing.
Despite this, I always book this hotel when I travel to Kuala Lumpur. Overall, it remains a highly recommended place to stay.

It was a good trip & was overall a pleasant stay at the hotel. Some plus points was the desktop available at the hotel lobby which was useful for my trip.
