We had a lovely staycation here to celebrate our anniversary, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt so relaxing. It truly made our special day even more memorable. Can’t wait to come back again!

I was 'upgraded' to what they called the Governor's Suite, which felt more like a downgrade. The facilities were old and the soundproofing was almost non-existent. It was a very bad experience. Although it looked nice, I'd strongly advise anyone with light sleep to avoid this room type. On top of that, the door lock was broken on the first day, leaving the door wide open all day until I returned. Luckily, nothing was stolen, but it was quite a scare.

If you’re a traveler, definitely is a good hotel for you! With best Malaysia cuisine and best location. If you are a Malaysia for staycation purposes. Dont put so much expectation. The only things surprise me is.. their swimming pool without chlorine but with “SALT”.

I booked two separate stays, with the last two nights including breakfast, which was pretty average. This hotel is run by what seems like a declining Chinese-owned business, and their attitude towards Chinese guests was just okay. You have to take a taxi to get around because it's right next to the highway. Across the street is an old train station, but you have to cross a road with no traffic lights or pedestrian crossings, which feels quite dangerous. It is, however, within walking distance to the National Mosque, Islamic Arts Museum, and National Museum. Out of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip to Malaysia, this was the one where I spent the most nights, and it was definitely the worst.
