I loved my stay here. It was so close to everywhere. The staff were very attentive and hospitable. The only downside is that I can hear people talking in the corridor which can be annoying late at night but overall I recommend this property if you want to be near the shopping areas. The room was also huge.

Great location, near jalan wangi, Alor street, pavilion, exchange TRX. Great breakfast but I missed the days they have roti canai.

The food at the dining room was superb and the price was affordable. However, I noticed alcoholic drinks displayed in the minibar. For Muslim guests, this is not suitable and should be reconsidered.
There was also no Qibla direction provided in my room. The hotel should be more aware and respectful of Muslim sensitivities, especially since the majority in Malaysia are Muslims and Islam is the official religion.
I hope the hotel management can improve on this aspect. Overall, I still appreciate the good service and food quality. Thanks.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful—they promptly assisted us with our request to change rooms, which we really appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many great spots, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. Overall, it was a great choice, and we would definitely stay here again.
The only downside was that the room wasn’t very soundproof. We could hear people walking in the hallway and entering their rooms, which was a bit disturbing at times.
