The hotel is located in on the golden triangle the business centre of Kuala Lumpur ; the hotel itself is a little bit outdated , but the service is acceptable as the staff is always busy to serve you. Breakfast is good, but the staff in the health club seems nonexistence maybe they’re hiding somewhere watching the TV.

The room was so large and quiet even in the middle of the busy place. My husband had a birthday during the stay so they kindly arranged the celebration and a nice chocolate cake. The best was they printed our photo and sei it in a frame and delivered to our room. Very good memory.

That's was perfect stay. Next when i come back to KL, Definitely i will stay again. Unfortunately, i couldn't get cocktail because of my schedule😭😭 And sauna was awesome, i didn't expect that i could do sauna in Malaysia

Spacious room. Very clean. The room as tidied up exceptionally well daily. Would be lovely if a washing machine is available inside the room and the extension of the bathtub shower head is easier to use.

Fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion KL. The hotel staff provided excellent service and even upgraded our room to a Junior Executive Suite, which was a perfect fit for our family with 4 kids. Truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and hospitality.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel!
The room was beautiful, and the overall ambience was so welcoming. The staff went above and beyond—from the bellboy to housekeeping, everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive.
They even set up a special birthday decoration with a cake for my child, which made the experience unforgettable.
I highly recommend this hotel. Truly one of the best stays we've had!
