Located at the heart of KL shopping district , walking distance to many places however if wants to take a grab it’s quite a long wait due to heavy traffic

The hotel felt good all day long and the price/performance ratio is very good. The only drawback is the need for "English communication"

Location is great, walkable distance from nearby food street, KLCC, and various shopping complexes. 2mins walk from nearest monorail station.
Breakfast was pretty good for me.
Staff were professional and helpful.
Room and facilities were a little bit outdated.
Overall a valuable stay in the center of Kuala Lumpur.

Can have a drink and walk back to hotel
Very near to monarail
And the mrt is around 100m
Hotel room quite big, a bit old
Got swimming pools won't got direct sunshine, that's why the water a bit cool,
Breakfast OK, will slightly changes the menu everyday

Good location in the heart of Bukit Bintang, but on the less hectic side. Easy access to mrt station, very near with walking distance.
Room size is okay. Shower room size is spacious.
Breakfast buffet is basic and simple, good enough to start your day.
The hotel has nice gym and pool. But the pool water temperature is very cold, because its located indoor.
We will come back to stay here if price is good.

Excellent location at Bukit Bintang. As a relatively old hotel, it does not deserve a 4 stars rating hotel.
