Beds can only fit a marathoner who is 40Kg .Very small in size .The toilet is not clean .Generally not what I expected.The hotel should charge half of its initial cost..Terrible experience

We have stayed here several times and keep coming back for a reason 🥰 The bedroom and bathroom are consistently clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and check-in/out is always smooth with no hassle. The aircond is very strong and cools the room quickly, very good for the weather here. Only feedback: please pay extra attention to cleaning the floor as we found a few hairs during our stay. Overall great value and comfortable stay. Recommended.❤️👏🏻

Location is very near mrt so very easy to travel around. Walkable to Petaling Jaya / Chinatown for great food, souvenirs and shopping. Aircon in room is powerful enough to maintain nice comfy temperature. Separate shower room. There's safe in room. Have a small tv. Wifi was working fine. The room has no windows so maybe that's why it's quiet. Water dispenser and ironing board and iron available. Bed sheet a little dusty. Shampoo quite nice and gentle on the hair. No hairdryer available. Overall value for money.

Close to the metro station (KJ, red line), China Town, Merdeka Square and other sites. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in 5 minutes. I liked the view from my window, a lot of natural light in the bathroom, shower with glass walls, blackout curtains and strong AC. However, I was first placed in the room without a desk, despite it being in the room pictures and descriptions. I asked the receptionist if they could areas a desk for me, they agreed to move me to another room exactly as in the photos. But they called it “upgrade” even though the new room was exactly what I paid for. There was some dust on the room floor and the windows cannot be opened, so you only rely on AC.
