I have booked 4 rooms in total for a 2 night stay at the Grand Millennium and the whole experience has been fantastic, from the smooth check-in and swift check-out process, the cleanliness of the room and the top-notch quality service provided by the reception staff, especially Devi from the departure counter, who is very professional and friendly. She extended personal help to assist us to reach our elderly parents who were staying at a different level from us. We will definitely stay at the Grand Millennium hotel again given the excellent location and service

Cozy place and nice location when you visit KL, Malaysia

Great Hotel located at Bukit Bintang. The hotel is just next to Pavilion Shopping Mall. Walking distance to Jalan Alor, where you can have lots of eatier.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. It’s perfect for families. One of the best things about this location is its proximity to major attractions, all within walking distance or just a short ride away. That means you can easily avoid traffic jams and save money on parking fees, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and comfort during their trip!

Very excellent hotel with good location near to prime area

This is a best hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the heart of Bukit Bintang and a few minutes to the train station.We can checked in early since there was a room available. Thank you front office. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just two night before going back to Kuching.

Very good place clean besides mall

It's at the most strategic location that next to Pavilion KL, and right opposite of Fahrenheit and Lot 10. Easy for branded shopping and famous foods at Hu Tong Lot 10.

Commended for its charming atmosphere, convenient location. Praised for its friendly staffs from the Club lounge on the 18th Floor. Clean room and delicious breakfast, dinner and White wine. Will definitely come back!

Firstly, Be aware that you will be charge 200RM for each night of stay. So if you’re staying for 3 nights, be prepared to part with 600RM. Next, with regards to the checkin process: checkin was late even when we requested earlier during our booking alerting them about our family members being on wheelchairs. While we waited they said they could give us rooms on the same floor. But when we came back in at checkin time, only one room was ready. Our family waited an hour for the 2nd room. And no surprise, it wasn’t on the same floor. Room conditions: the first room we got, the toilet had leaks. Even when they sent the technician to fix it, our next 2 nights we still experienced leakage. When we requested a change of rooms on the first day, they said they can’t. Also we book for a queen and single bed room. Our single bed was the extra bed that they pull in and the queen bed, was 2singles pushed together. Disappointing.
