The service was up to standard and the location was good, but the hardware and facilities are quite outdated—you can really tell from details like the hairdryer. Also, I'm used to hotels providing combs, but unfortunately, there wasn't one this time, which was a bit awkward 😅

Can always guarantee a warm welcome and exceptional service from Shangri-La. The room was nicely decorated for our Anniversary, clean and spacious with a lovely view of the city landscape. The food was delicious and the reception area opulent.The gym is very well equipped too. The hotel is walking distance to KL tower, Petronas Twin Towers or a short ride away. Top marks for all the staff at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur.

Overall, the experience was great, and the hotel quality was very high. The breakfast was also rich and varied, though it's a shame it was only included for one person. The hotel lobby was exquisitely decorated, and the location was excellent.

Everything deserves five stars: the food, the service, the staff's attitude, the facilities, and the hotel's location. For my family and me, who love working out, the gym is significantly better than those at other five-star hotels, even if some of the equipment is a bit dated. The only disappointment was the swimming pool; it was essentially just a bathtub slightly larger than a standard one. As for the breakfast offerings, they were simply impeccable, truly beyond words.

The hotel is in a prime location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The facilities are decent, clean, and tidy, with a beautiful environment. The service is excellent.
