The location is a bit hard to find! Kuala Lumpur traffic is really bad! Check-in was a bit troublesome; you have to get a access card from the lobby downstairs, then go up to the 51st floor to get the room card! The room is very large, and it would be even better if there was a dressing table inside the suite for ladies!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near the main attractions, making it easy to get around. The only downside was that the entrance to the parking lot was a bit confusing, especially for first-time visitors. It was also slightly noisy due to its proximity to the highway, so light sleepers or those sensitive to noise may want to take that into consideration. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a clean and conveniently located place to stay.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a large lounge area featuring a balcony, kitchenette, sofa, and TV. From the 50th floor, there was a wonderful view of the city and the Petronas Towers. The room was very well-equipped, including a washing machine with drying function, a large refrigerator, an ironing board, and some dishes. It had both a bathtub and a shower. We really enjoyed the outdoor rooftop pool.

We had issues with the internet connection (apartment number 45-01!). It's within walking distance to the city center, and you can get everywhere on foot. The check-in process was a bit annoying; the waiting area downstairs is small and it gets crowded because it's a shared check-in area for multiple hotels. Early check-in is not possible. Even though Trip.com stated a late check-out, the hotel staff told us to check out between 11 AM and 12 PM. When we objected, they said it could be between 1 PM and 2 PM.

The room was spacious, with two bedrooms perfect for traveling with older children. The balcony offered a stunning direct view of the Kuala Lumpur Tower. The rooftop infinity pool was less crowded during the day but packed at night, mainly for photo ops. The great thing about a hotel apartment is that the suites offer excellent value for money! Highly recommended for family trips! We met the owner during checkout, a Malaysian Chinese who was very kind and allowed us to extend our checkout until 12 PM. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Good: Easy check in, just whatsapp the host, and he give us entry about 2.30pm even, when check in time is 3pm, which was awesome. Gym and Swimming pool is awesome, both open till late night 10pm. Deposit RM200, is returned upon exit. I did throw the rubbish at designated place, wash all used dishes and utensils. Can Improve: There was a big chuck of hair, which blew of from below the bed, show that the room is cleaned in the surface level only. Room check out time is 11am, as I woke up late at 10am, I asked host if can check out 12pm, and I got straight declined [NO - response in whatsapp], can't complain much as it is the rules. So I had to rush to checkout and came down to the front desk at 10.57am, told that i'm there, but the front desk people just missing, and eventually the lady at desk beside, asked me what room i'm at, and helped me checkout. I wonder why if she could do it in first place, but let me stand there like a ”statue” for about 8min (managed to checkout at 11.05am), then eventually helped me. Later I saw the lady who actually in-charge of check out came in at 11.07am. So technically my assumption is 1 counter for check in another for check out. But please, basic principle is when a customer already there, just help to check out rather than making us wait. I would say this is minor issue as I waited not long, just about 8min, still if this is avoided, meaning this is amazing place to stay. As for the the lady who came late, who is checking out the customer, a simple sorry would be good rather than just purely avoiding eye-contact and looking cold, perhaps she just had bad day before today and rushed to work, and ended up coming late. Bad: No info on parking per day is RM15, so end up paying RM 15 + RM 15 = RM30 , as entry on Monday and exit on Tuesday. As this info should be told upon booking or at least anywhere in prominent places. Attached photo's are taken during my checkout.

The room is very spacious with two bedrooms, perfect for families with two kids. The balcony offers a view of the Petronas Twin Towers, and there are many Chinese restaurants downstairs.

This hotel offers a very good pool view. First, a deposit of RM500 (approximately 20,000 yen in credit) was debited during check-in. I'm a bit anxious about international transactions and whether it will be properly refunded. I'm even worried that writing this review might affect the refund. The room was exactly as pictured and clean! However, I felt it lacked the amenities that Japanese guests typically expect from a hotel. We only received one bath towel each, and they were made of a rough material. There were no separate pool towels, and we were told an additional RM10 would be charged for one (though exchanges were free). Also, there are no changing rooms at the pool, nor any lockers for valuables, so be aware of that. The room only provided two bottles of water, and the small shampoo and body wash shown in the picture (toothbrushes were included). Please note that items like pajamas and bathrobes, which are common in Japanese business hotels, are not provided. I ordered an exchange for bath towels and additional amenities, but they didn't arrive after 40 minutes, so we had to leave. I contacted them asking for the items to be delivered at 10 PM when we returned, and they seemingly agreed. However, upon returning to the hotel, I found that the request had not been fulfilled. About 30 minutes later, a staff member finally brought them. The bath towels had a rather unpleasant smell. I would advise caution for anyone expecting a typical international resort hotel experience. I now understand why it was so reasonably priced. The elevators get very crowded. I recommend allowing plenty of time for check-out. I sincerely hope the deposit is refunded.

Don't be in a hurry, because the elevator stops on every floor before it gets to yours, as there are so many people in this hotel. The pool is packed, and the views from the rooms aren't great; it's only beautiful on the 51st floor.

The location is very convenient, there are many places to eat around, you can also order takeout, the room is very big, but the view of the room is not the Petronas Twin Towers, but the Kuala Lumpur Tower! Remember that fruits and food cannot be placed in the restaurant, there will be a lot of small animals like ants and spiders after overnight! It is recommended that the boss block the door gap and spray some insect repellent! At least the room is cleaned and outside crawling is prevented!

The embassy villa by cobnb at Ampang Hill, definitely the best places to rent for stay and small event. I booked three units apartments for relatives and family who fly over from Miri to attend my brother wedding at Rama V KL. The location perfect, easily take grab to pudu, pavilion trx, just right opposite the highway. This is a 4 storey renovated old apartment, but it is super spacious and ”huge”. Even kl people shocked to see and unable imagine kl still have that huge apartment units. The apartment is accessible by lift, so no issue dor seniors stay on different floor. The bedrooms are well decorated and ensuite with washroom.. We use one of the 4 bedrooms apartment for small tea ceremony. Cobnb very kind to give us some banquet table. We got out catering from ”Just Eat” at KL. The environment of the apartment like went into Bali. With green plant and we can put our wedding car safely at covered car park. There is swimming pool and pickle ball courts that can rent as well. The security guard also super nice. Greet us with smile and help us store luggage in room after checkout as our flight is night time flight. If the toilet water discharged and odor ventilation can be improved, this unit are perfect for 5/5. If looking for places to stay cum do event, this is definitely one of the recommended places in city center of Kuala Lumpur.

A beautiful surprise in Kuala Lumpur! We stayed at The Face Suites KL and I absolutely fell in love with it! 😍 The apartment was incredibly spacious and bright, with a spectacular view of the city. We were on the 48th floor, and waking up to that panorama was just wonderful. The apartment had everything you could need: a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, sofa, and living area, plus a small space for drying and hanging clothes. It would have been absolutely perfect for a longer stay. It's a shame we only stayed for such a short time, as I would have loved to enjoy it so much more! ❤️ The only minor downside was the check-in and check-out process, which wasn't immediate because you have to go to the adjacent building. This could be a bit confusing upon arrival. We also requested clean towels for the next day, but they weren't delivered initially. We had to ask for them again in the evening, around 10 PM, and this time they were brought to us. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try the pool or gym, so I can't comment on those facilities. Otherwise, it comes highly recommended, especially for its location, space, and the view. If we ever return to Kuala Lumpur, I would choose it again without hesitation. 🥰🏙️

If you're planning a trip to Kuala Lumpur, I highly recommend this residence. Upon arriving at my accommodation, I was surprised to find that the facilities were completely different from what I saw on Trip.com, with two connected studio apartments. I quickly canceled my reservation and quickly searched for a new residence. Fortunately, the accommodation was clean, and the location and service were all satisfactory. The night view from the rooftop infinity pool on the 51st floor was breathtaking. I spent four nights and five days relaxing, shopping, cooking, and having fun with my friends. They even provided free luggage storage, which made it comfortable. Towels were provided upon request, and cleaning was also free upon request. The best part was that they only provided what I requested. The staff were always smiling, which was a great experience in Malaysia. The only caveat is that the residence is privately managed, so you must use WhatsApp upon check-in. The lobby information desk doesn't provide any information, which can be frustrating if you miss the point.

I can't tell you exactly how to deal with this number and I won't spoil the rating. The situation is mixed: the hotel confirmed the booking for earlier dates than I ordered and there was a failure , so I couldn't settle down and I had to urgently look for a replacement. I will give the service a not very good rating - because even on offered in the replacement something and just left. But the look chic) eventually tormented at 3 o'clock and found another room at the other hotel in the same house.

Perfect Studio for a Couple's Getaway - Great Value! I had an excellent solo stay at Scarletz KLCC and was genuinely impressed. While I traveled alone, the studio suite is absolutely ideal for couples seeking a stylish and convenient base in Kuala Lumpur. My room on the 20th floor offered a stunning city view. The studio was modern, spotless, and had a smart layout that felt spacious. The full kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer are fantastic perks, adding both comfort and convenience. What really stood out was the exceptional value. The combination of the beautiful room environment, premium amenities, and the very satisfying price is hard to beat. I highly recommend Scarletz KLCC, especially for couples looking for a romantic and practical stay with an amazing view. I will definitely be back.

The first time I came to Kuala Lumpur, I chose to stay in this hotel. When we booked the hotel, we asked in advance if we could check in if we had a flight in the early morning. The hotel replied that we could pay 150 for a late check-in, so we went. As a result, when we arrived at the scene, the guards would not let us in and asked us to contact the landlord outside, and then the conversation in the photo happened. 1. The landlord replied that it was too late and we could not check in. 2. I showed him the conversation between us and the customer service, and he told me that it was incorrect 🙂, so what did the customer service do? ? 3. If we must check in, we have to pay 300 Malaysian ringgits before we can enter. (I suspect that he would not change hotels when he saw that we were so late, so he asked for 300 Malaysian ringgits) 4. We agreed to pay, and an Indian boy came out to collect the money from us and took us upstairs. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we had to change rooms once a day. I don’t know why. ——— Let’s talk about the room There is a washing machine, toiletries, and air conditioning 👌 Except for the internet 🛜, it’s like there is no internet at all. The WiFi provided by the landlord is just as bad. I wanted to use the internet on my phone, but it was left with only one bar. When I walked to the room, there was no service 🙂, which made me feel very inconvenient.
