Hotels in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur

My stay was fairly average. The hotel has a good location and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was tidy upon arrival, but some areas could have been cleaner and better maintained. The mattress was comfortable, although the pillows were too soft for my preference. The bathroom was functional but showed signs of age, and a few amenities were missing. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, but the quality was just average. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for a short stay, but a few improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and facilities would make the experience much more enjoyable.

*************, I had a good experience staying 3 nights here (considering its affordable rate). Reading all the reviews was really helpful to set our expectation & prepare some stuffs that we need i.e., extension cord with universal sockets, hair drier, personal hygiene products (only soap available), etc. Don't expect any electric kettle/cups/tea, shampoo, the hotel don't provide this. Cleanliness: good for its class, I didn't see any cockroaches. The AC, water heater, flush worked fine. Although, I saw some minor leaks on the bidet & AC but were manageable. LIFT DIDN'T WORK, they have 3 floors, so be prepared. There's a strong smell of cigarettes in the hotel corridors and everywhere😁

It's been a while since I last stayed here ... Service is still good as before . Receptionist malay guy during check in and Indian lady during check out are both friendly, smiley and helpful . Feels home to be here again 😊 Thank you for the upgrade ! The studio king have complete amenities and full kitchenette as well as a washing machine with liquid detergent provided - all these are really helpful for guests . The room is spacious, clean and comfortable . It also have an installed water filter on the sink but they also provide a large bottle of drinking water too each day . Housekeeper abang is kind and helpful and also efficient in his work . 👍 The pool is my fav spot in the hotel because of the beautiful and quiet view . Overall, its a wonderful stay here and I will be back again next time . Terima kasih 💛

The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The only issue was that the bathroom sometimes smelled like sewage, which is common in many large buildings in KL. All amenities were within walking distance. There was also a free water fountain available. The building itself offered a gym, an infinity pool, and everything needed to work peacefully, which was greatly appreciated!

This is our third time staying here. We like especially the spacious room which gives a homely feeling. The manager Ann Jaffar is exceptional. She is warm, friendly and helpful, just like a best friend. One that does the extras to make you feel cared and welcomed. And so is Nani her assistance. The location of the hotel is good and is accessible for food and some shopping. This is definitely my favourite hotel in kl.

The location was excellent as it was right next to the Mont Kiara Hyatt House, but it was a shame that check-in and parking were not supported. The room was a bit dusty, but it was spacious and cozy.

The hotel is located in an excellent, affluent area with a great environment and safe surroundings. There are two malls and one supermarket nearby, making dining very convenient. The room was incredibly spacious, I forgot to take photos, but the bedding was super comfortable. The bathroom was a bit compact, but the shower pressure was amazing – very hot and strong. Out of the three hotels I stayed at during my 8-day trip in Malaysia, this one had the best shower. The room had no strange odors, was very clean, and the external environment was quite quiet. There's also a pool on the top floor.

Great service and clean. Overall, it's pretty good. There's a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and a good variety of food options. There's also a 24-hour convenience store downstairs in the condo building. If I have the chance, I'd choose to stay here again.
