🌆 Riveria Kuala Lumpur｜Unbeatable Value for the Price
At this price point, Riveria is hands-down the best deal I’ve found in KL. The room was clean, the aircon was powerful, TV and kitchen appliances worked flawlessly, and the view from my window? Stunning.
📍 Location is a major highlight — super convenient and close to everything you’d need, with a convenience store just downstairs. Whether you’re here for sightseeing, shopping, or just passing through, it’s a strategic base.
The only downside? The lift situation. Waiting for the elevator felt like waiting for a parcel from overseas — painfully slow. The lift lobbies on each floor aren’t air-conditioned either, and the lift itself can get stuffy due to poor ventilation.
But honestly, everything else was so good that I’d still give it a solid 10/10. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in KL without breaking the bank, Riveria is a great choice. Just pack a little patience for the elevator ride 😅.

We had a great stay in this hotel for a traveller with a toddler,staff are very friendly and accommodating,place was fantastic very near to all that we want to go,clean overall 10/10 for a budget friendly hotel,my daughter really enjoyed here when she feels bored in the room she will go only in the playroom,we will book again in this hotel in our future travel in KL 😊

He graciously accommodated my request to swap me to a slightly larger King Deluxe Lakeview Rm on my last night and arranged for a seamless transfer of my luggage to the new room when I was out. My wife and I truly appreciated the gesture and we had a very restful and comfortable stay. Kudos to Omar for embodying the great Hilton hospitality and service!

For a hotel of its size, the facilities are excellent. The subway is just two blocks away, an easy and pleasant walk. You'll know you've arrived once you spot the parking lot. The reception point is downstairs; you don't even need to enter the main building. Just find a spot to wait by the entrance, give them a call, and someone will promptly come out to check you in and give you your key card. They offer phone support in Chinese, which was very helpful for me as my English isn't great, but the entire process and communication were seamless. Check-in itself was efficiently handled via a few simple steps on WeChat. Elevator access requires a key card swipe before selecting your floor. The top floor offers fantastic views – remember to bring your swimsuit! The only minor drawback is that the walls are a bit thin; light sleepers might want to bring headphones or earplugs. Overall, very clean.

🌿 “Modern Calm in the Middle of KL – Alila Bangsar Stay” 🌿
I stayed at Alila Bangsar with my friends from 30 Aug – 1 Sept, and it was such a refreshing experience!
The hotel has a modern, minimalist design that instantly gives off calm and cozy vibes. Our room was spacious, clean, and stylish, with big windows that showed off KL’s city views 🌆. It really felt like a quiet retreat away from the busyness of Kuala Lumpur.
📍 The location is convenient — directly connected to the LRT station, so getting around the city was super easy. At the same time, the Bangsar area is more relaxed compared to Bukit Bintang, which we really enjoyed.
We also loved spending time at the pool and lounge areas, which were perfect for hanging out, chatting, and just unwinding together. Breakfast at Entier French Dining was another highlight — delicious food with stunning skyline views.

Have a pleasant stay in this hotel. Variety of breakfast choices with western and asian food. The only downside is have to pay car parking fees of RM15 per entry which is applicable to hotel guest as well.

Walking distance to monorail station, nice view and facilities like the pools and washing machines are good. I would suggest adding some vending machines for food and beverages in the building as I was finding for mineral water, but I can't get any in the building and the studio itself did not provide mineral water too. But for this price, I would say it was a good stay.

Located about 8 minutes walk from Nu Sentral, there are plenty of food options nearby. We had a good dinner at nearby Anjappar Chettinad Indian Restaurant. It is actually inside the Menara Shell Building. Transportation is also very convenient as it is within walking distance to KL Sentral transport hub.
The room itself is huge. It is more like a residential hotel to me. Completely equipped kitchen accessories are provided - rice cooker, microwave oven, electric cooking hot plate and many others. Very suitable for family stay.
Bed is comfortable with too strong aircon. One Queen bed and a sofa bed for 2 adults. There is also a working desk in the room. Strong hot and cold water pressure with all bathing gel provided.
2 swimming pools on the 5th floor. One open air and one indoor. The gym is also on this floor. If you need to do laundry, the laundrette is also on the same floor.
Check in was smooth and straight forward with friendly smile. We had an enjoyable stay.

YYee HanI enjoy the amenities so much, especially the great view from the gym and swimming pool! The room is nice and spacious, and its location is just 5 mins away from those popular shopping malls nearby. In terms of public transportation, it is easy to walk to the LRT station using the pedestrian bridge connecting the building to the station.

FFadi KalashThe hotel is new and well-located, with great facilities that made the stay enjoyable.
The pool, business room, and gym were all excellent and very well-maintained.
The room had a beautiful view, which added to the experience.
The only downside was the elevator — it was quite slow, which was a bit annoying at times.
Additionally, during the room inspection the day before check-out, the staff opened the cabinet and checked the pillows, which felt inappropriate and invasive.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d consider coming back in the future, but I hope the hotel addresses these issues.

AAdrianLiawIt is probably the best backpacker I’ve ever stayed in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is just adjacent to KL Sentral and Nu Sentral (shopping mall). It is very affordable and offers comfortable bed, clean room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is definitely worth the money. Will visit again in the future.

GGuest UserI accidentally left my phone. Ive called several times its still ringing. Then i asked the receptionist cause checkin was via whatsapp. The staf said my phone was not in the room. So i keep searching in my car, my house, my bags, but still nowhere to be found. It was on thursday, but on friday night(midnight) i tried to call again and someone pick up the fon and i said where are u now and where is my fon he said it was at the building. Today (saturday) i come and pick up, the fon already in factory format, as if the person who found the fon tried to steal it!! I lost all my late father pictures and videos because of it! Mind u, i love the unit, clean, new, and the front staf also very helpful, it just the cleaning staf not being honest and this will jeopardising the whole manament and team. Get rid of the bangladeshi guy!
