KIMPTON Properties in Kuala Lumpur

The room was clean, spacious, and offered a pleasant view. The location is excellent, with direct access to TRX Mall via the hotel lift, making it very convenient. However, our breakfast experience was disappointing. We arrived at the breakfast area around 9:15 AM and had to wait outside the lift standing for about 25 minutes before being seated, as they couldn’t accommodate all guests at once. Once seated, many food items were already running low and weren’t replenished promptly, leaving us with limited options. For a 5-star hotel, this was quite unexpected. They should have anticipated the high traffic and managed seating more efficiently, as it’s unreasonable for guests to wait so long just to get in. Noticed there were multiple guests complaining as well but no much immediate actions were taken. Overall, if they could improve on the dining experience, it would be a great place to stay.
