Good location.....walk to Petronas is about 15/20 minutes. Same to the nightlife at Changkat Bukit Bintang. Also to shopping areas. Traffic in the area is pretty bad. Lovely security guys....always great with smile/wave/salute. Room massive and all you need in there. However, it seems nigh on impossible to control the AC, notably in the bedroom, which was too warm even when the AC was supposedly on full blast. There is a ceiling fan that helps a bit. Bathrooms lovely and great bath and shower. Kitchen area good. Ask to have room serviced daily so you can get a restock of water and tea/coffee etc. Building site next door as new tower going up, wasn't really a problem though. Once erected whatever view you can get of the Petronas Towers will be lost forever. Breakfast option at the adjacent place is poor and wish I had not bothered. Seem to have no clue how to make a hot cup of tea, but maybe that is how they do it over there? Another time the food was just sat waiting to come out until I asked where it was. Problem with sockets not working in the room, reported before 9am, reception came up and said would send maintenance to sort it. Returned later at 6pm, nothing done? Told maintenance would come straight away as we were going out again. 30 mins later they turned up and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Don't bother emailing the place as they do not reply. Thai restaurant around the corner was nice as well as the Brussels beer cafe.

Location is excellent, with major malls and landmarks like Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC, Pavilion Mall with easy reach by foot. Service is excellent - staff arranged a super late checkout after being told that our flight out is in the late evening - a nice gesture that is much appreciated, especially junior and seniors travelling together. Room is spacious and nicely furnished, though comes with some wear and tear that is normal for a hotel this age. Bathroom is huge and comes with bathtubs, toiletries smells great, too! Rooms for improvement are ensuring that the appliances are in working order - our microwave was not functioning well during our stay, which my family ended up eating cold meals and kid with cold milk. There also wasn’t extra trash bags in the kitchen, not enough tissue in the living and dining room. We have to keep bringing the tissue in and out from the bathrooms every time times during meal times. Though i am sure that could be easily resolved by a simple call to the service desk, these are actually daily necessities for any service apartment, a ‘home’ that could be a short term to long term accommodation for a families, business guests etc. The curtain track installation in the bedrooms are also not well thought out. The block-out curtains couldn’t overlapped, leaving a gap for lights to pass through. This may not be an issue to some but for guests whom are light sleepers and need to sleep in total darkness, it’s unpleasant to sleep in such environment. Hope the facilities management can look into these details and continue to improve, it will definitely make the stay an even more pleasant one that it already is.

It's all smooth since i choose booking hotel via the Trip apps. Don't be lazy to read a review and picture uploaded from others. Just a lil bit confuse when to check in, i'm driving to there, so, find The Intermark Mall, then go to the Gate C, you can park from level 4 and above. You'll find Lobby entrance lift, go to Level 1 to Hotel reception. After check in, you can see the lift to the hotel. It is not the same lift to the car park. Don't forget to endorse your carpark ticket at the frontdesk before you check out My check in was so easy and smooth. The staff greet me very friendly, as soon as they saw me walk in. The frontdesk manager who assist me, also was a good looking, humble, always smile, soft spoken, make customer feels comfortable ”Tenang Rasa Hati”. 5 star for you. While waiting, you will be given a Hilton Cookies, yummy ☺️ Then show your booking number and your ID, give your email and phone number and hallas your access card are ready. There's a mall down there. You can go for shoping, everything you need, just name it, pharmacy, saloon, money changer, boutique, and also a food's court. The bed, bathroom was very clean. Smells fresh, good and fragrance. The interior design just like shown in the TRIP. The next day, while i'm going out, the house keeping cleans my room just like before i've check in. He changed everything, towel, bathrobe, and top up more drinking water, tissue, conditioner etc, i like it so much... i gave him 5 star rating for this. My room so refreshing for another one more night. I like the way they separate the floor in the bedroom, so i don't have a problem to pray in here. Breakfast from 7.30 - 10.30am at 'Makan' level 11. Even i'm on my IF but it's ok, my cheat day, hahaha. There is a variety of foods you can choose, Asian, Indian, western, malaysian breakfast, pastry, salad, noodle, murtabak, tosei, fruits, cracker, everything was there. I'm not a picky person, but every hotel i go/stay, i will try their Omellete and here, i love it so much because there is so many ingredient you can add in, just name it, sausage, mushroom, cheese, etc. I have a realy nice and fantastic moment being in this hotel, and i will not hesitate to stay here again next time.

The environment is very good, very close to the twin towers, and extra beds can be added. Bringing children is also very adaptable. There is no breakfast and the parking lot is unknown because there is no car to go. very good.

Location was good. Within qalking distance to KLCC, Pavillion, monorel station, convenience stores and makan places. However the place looks dated. There was a crack at the window at living area. Apt big enough to fit 5 people. Clean but wifi works well only on the first day. The rest of the days the wifi was so bad. Easy to check in and out. Hassle free. There is bathub and swimming pool. Sauna on level 18 badly maintained.

It's really close to the Petronas Twin Towers, right behind the hotel. When you go out, turn right and then turn right. The room is big enough and convenient. The only dissatisfaction is that there are only two pairs of disposable slippers.

In the city center, the environment is quiet and prosperous, just go to the Petronas Twin Towers for a 10-minute walk, and it is also not far to Ah Luo Street. It is very convenient, and the environment is hygienic, very clean and bright

We initially wanted to stay at the Majestic but the main building was under renovation (Note: NEVER stay in an Annex) and the Cormar was recommended. This was the first time we’ve used a self catering apartment in years - simply put, it was excellent. True, the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and the room could do with a lick of good quality paint but it has all the bells and whistles; the main benefit was the service. The reception ladies were unfailingly helpful throughout (we were given a new TV and connected to Netflix within minutes) and they link themselves to the guests via WhatsApp; this was extremely useful when ordering food – the company owns the restaurants at ground level, together with a pub across the road (The Dark Horse) and menus are sent by PDF to your phone and orders placed with reception for delivery to the room; it all worked very efficiently. The location is as central as you can get, with virtually all needs catered for within walking distance, although taxis are cheap in KL. A tip: don’t activate Grab Taxi until you’re on the street - both Google and the driver get confused as to where the entrance is (which, to be fair, is not that obvious and a bigger/better sign would be useful.) All in all, an excellent establishment; extremely well run by pleasant, competent staff, well located and good value for money. Give it a go!

I came once in Jan 2023 but forgot to leave a review . There was an indian guy(im not sure the exact race but he could speak malay)- he was very kind and helpful in asissting me for the check-in . The concierge staffs were also kind . My second visit in Dec 2023 and took a bigger room . The chinese guy staff was kind and helpful too . The 2 bedrooms apartment was nice and cozy . Housekeeping staffs and concierge staffs were always helpful and friendly . There are many stalls nx to the hotel and also there will be few foodtrucks just opposite the hotel's door . Halal foods are easy to find in this area . You can also walk to KLCC like 10 mins away . There are also convenient store nx to the hotel and across the street and few other fast foods across the street too . Loved coming back here coz the location is good and the pool is facing the twin tower . Good view while swimming ! This time round i used the washing machine and dryer, its so useful for travellers .
