Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang 5-star Hotels

This hotel is within walking distance to bukit bintang station and MRT, very convenient. The hotel also within walking distance to food (Lot 10, Jalan Alor) centre as well as supermarket and shopping malls. I booked two different room types: club premiere king room and the urban deluxe twin room. The check-in personnels both at the club level and the regular level were very polite, accomodating and helpful. I had problem with my 1st night in the urban deluxe twin room, since beds were the small single size and bathroom also very small nothing like the picture. After the first night we upgraded to the lifestyle deluxe twin room, a better room more spacious and more bathroom space and the bed size is a full size (10cm smaller than a queen bed size). The club lounge came with a King bed on my original reservation, I asked for two separate beds and they’re able to help us with that request despite the room wasn’t available on trip.com upon booking. I love their hospitality and flexibility to accommodate us. Our stay has been amazing. The breakfast at Park Royal was amazing, vast selections (continental, western, asian, indian, noodle station, fresh salad and fruits and more) with slight variations daily which we appreciate during our 5 nights stay. The breakfast host was polite and able to accommodate most guests despite busy crowds. The cleaner did an amazing service to make sure our rooms are clean. We had an amazing stay at Park Royal and will definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel has a fantastic location, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to stay. However, the service could be improved. I had requested a basic decoration for my daughter's birthday in advance and even received email confirmation. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the reception asked us to wait as the decoration was still being arranged. But when we entered the room, nothing had been done. It was disappointing to experience this miscommunication between the reception and housekeeping regarding the timing. That said, once the decoration was finally set up, it was done nicely. I appreciate the effort, but better coordination would have made the experience smoother. Hope to see improvements in service for future guests!

Strategic location and have a beautiful view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Had my wedding proposal here, the arrangement with the hotel was smooth and good with the help of CS department, very attentive and helpful! Breakfast buffet was not too bad, many choices of the food, have smoothies, fresh juice! One thing i find can be improved, which is the lobby and reception are bit small space, maybe due to its location. Sky bar have charge of min spend if want to hanging around there. Had buggy car service from Traders Hotel to Suria KLCC, this is good, else the walking duration need around 5-8 mins to Suria KLCC.

Good location located in the heart of KLCC next to Petronas tower, the room is normal standard for FS hotel not beyond. BF also nice they have western, Malay and Chinese food, Front desk also greeting and reminded our stayed record at others FS but not offer to upgrade the room🙂↕️

I have booked 4 rooms in total for a 2 night stay at the Grand Millennium and the whole experience has been fantastic, from the smooth check-in and swift check-out process, the cleanliness of the room and the top-notch quality service provided by the reception staff, especially Devi from the departure counter, who is very professional and friendly. She extended personal help to assist us to reach our elderly parents who were staying at a different level from us. We will definitely stay at the Grand Millennium hotel again given the excellent location and service

Located just beside The Westin, easily accessible to Pavilion Mall and within walking distance to TRX. The unit is big and come with fridge, microwave oven and washing machine. The housekeeping is excellent and the housekeeper staff, Hussin, is friendly and helpful. The master bedroom comes with a city view on one side with the other side facing the walls of the hotel. The water pressure is great and the water can be very hot if the lever is turned to the red dot. So be careful if you do not want to be scalded.

Celebrating my friend 's birthday at Ritz KL. She really enjoyed her trip staying at Ritz Club Lounge. She eats, drinks, and sleeps without stepping out of the hotel. The only disappointment is that the breakfast happened this morning on the 1st floor, the lobby. We requested corner tables but were refused, saying that the table is meant for 4paxs, but I saw more than 2 tables of 2 also occupied 4paxs table. I gave feedback to him immediately that they had different standards that only refused our request. I'm quite disappointed that I really spoiled my mood in the morning. I have been staying at ritz KL a few times. It will not be a worthy if standard dropped. I think minimally they need to practice the same standards across the whole hotel since rated 5 stars

Was happy with the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. Impressed with Mr Solihein from Horizon who went extra mile to take us to see the amazing view from top building and we create great memories with lots of photos taken. Since this is our first Raya without our mother, he had hearten our heart. . The friendly and helpful staffs from Horizon were there for every need of mine, and always available. It was a wonderful experience.

I will give 9/10 ratings. I love this hotel, the service, the location, the cleanliness but 1 point deduct because i dont get what i requested. Its my family first time staying this luxury hotel in center of kuala lumpur so i request to get room with good view and high floor but its a waste i only get stay at lower floor and another building is our view.
