Breakfast options were the same for four consecutive days, which was quite disappointing. I believe guests would appreciate more variety on a daily basis. Room service was excellent and well maintained, however the food quality needs improvement. The breakfast offerings lacked consistency and creativity, and it would be beneficial to have a more experienced chef who can propose better menu options rather than repeating the same items daily. In particular, the mee soto was below expectations — there was no shredded chicken, and the soup tasted like a plain powdered base with little flavour

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get around by taxi. Alternatively, you can walk ten minutes to Chan Sow Lin MRT/LRT station. There are also plenty of food options downstairs, and I highly recommend Eight Toast for Malaysian cuisine. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven where you can find pretty much anything you need. The rooftop pool is fantastic. Even though it's a 4-star hotel, it's very well-maintained. While it's not an infinity pool, you can still get great shots of all the popular landmarks that tourists love. The room amenities are also excellent, including a refrigerator. However, I'd suggest bringing earplugs for sleeping, as the street noise at night can make it hard to fall asleep.

Place is ok because they provide free parking for hotel guest and you really need a car if you wish to travel from the hotel. Other than that place is good for a one or two night stay.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel—great for business trips or short stays. Rooms are well-maintained and quiet, making it easy to rest after a long day of travelling. Location is practical, but the breakfast selection could be improved in terms of variety and quality. Overall, a solid and reliable stay if comfort and cleanliness are your priority.
