Hotel Pudu Plaza Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur|2.66km from Planetarium Negara
The front desk of the hotel is very kind and you can speak clean English normally, so you don't have to worry about communication. At the front desk, he taught me how to use the taxi app-grab and how to make a reservation. Thanks to that, all the movement was grab and easy. It was about 6 minutes walk from LaLaport, close to Central Market and Bukit Bintang by taxi. You can drink 500 PET bottles of water, tea and instant coffee every day in the room. The room also has a refrigerator. I chilled the mango I bought and ate it. However, be careful as toilet paper and bath towels may not be changed unless they are told. There is a supermarket in the building where you can use your credit card, and it is convenient to have canned beer, dry mangoes, nuts, etc. The exchange office in the building is vacant except on Sundays. Clothing is sold on the second floor of the supermarket, but for some reason there were many men's items. There were multiple massage shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I went there every day comfortably. In front of the hotel, there are many Chinese restaurants and it is crowded with locals. Fruits are also sold and retailed, and there. I had them eat rambutan, dragon fruit, etc. (Because you can't bring mangostin to the hotel) Right next to the hotel is the icc market, and if you get tired of the hotel rice, you can eat delicious rice here, and local clothes in the basement of this building (light and easy to wear) Is sold cheaply. I want to stay again because the location is excellent.

I recently stayed at a regular hotel nestled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. Conveniently located near the Central Station for buses and trains, accessibility was never an issue. The staff at the hotel were consistently helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. Not only did it offer delicious food, but the staff were also incredibly friendly, adding to the overall warmth of the experience. As for the rooms, I opted for the interior rooms, which provided a peaceful sanctuary amidst the bustling city. The rooms were tastefully appointed and exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. What truly sets this hotel apart is its affordability. Despite offering quality accommodations, the prices remain reasonable, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. Its a small hotel/inn which is located right opposite Nu Sentral. 1-2 min walking distance from KL sentral Monorail Station. Got a very early check in at 11am, the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Even-though its a small hotel/inn, but their services given is outstanding. If you are not a picky traveller, this will be one of the best choice. We booked a room with a queen size bed for 2 nights, the room is clean and with basic amenities and little fridge provided. But one thing is that we requested a window room but there is a window looking glass wall which is eventually not a window, can view outside and sunlight barely shines in. Other than that, all are good! There is one accident happen, i assume there is a miscommunication between the staff, they accidentally open our room door at 7am without knocking or calling, which shocked us. Luckily with the door lock hooked. The staff apologized genuinely until we ask him to leave. Other than that, overall our staying experience with this hotel is good!

Although the hotel already run more many years, but it still constantly improves the facilities and the quality. Spend a very good weekend here, will come back again. Con: Hot water system should’ve improved.

Nice hotel. Booked for 4 days and 3 nights for lake and garden view but only could see hotel pool. 😂 Requested for same floor with another room which was granted. Deposit was hefty though. Enjoyed the breakfast. Super big room. Comfortable even for 4 people. Was charged for plug adapter “rent” but the hotel was kind enough to waive it. Basic swimming pool. Ot was super cold due to the wind. Kids club is chargeable per entry but was pretty simplistic too. But services are tip top.

Hotel guy was friendly but the housekeeper had a loud walkie-talkie that made a lot of noise and woke me up in the morning. Seriously if the housekeeper needs to communicate, they should wear ear phones or keep the volume very very low. People are trying to sleep. The hotel is decent. Good location only complaint is loud housekeeper.
