Pan Pacific Properties in Kuala Lumpur

Love the space, with kitchen appliances, stove wok microwave. Space is huge and comfy. Location is great, there’s convenient shop just across the street. A lot of eateries below. Staff gave us the highest floor with is a plus point. Staff were very polite and take time to talk to guest. However, checkout process was abit slow. Had to queue for quite some time before being served as all the staff were busy chatting with the guest at counter. Maybe can have a counter for checkout purposes? But overall a very good experience and I will come back again here

Overall it was a decent stay! But since this hotel is a reputable brand, some small details to improve would be that 1) soundproofing is not the best. You can hear your neighbours talking from inside your room. 2) The toilet flush was a little too intense, water will splatter when you flush. 3) The person who did the check-in for me was clearly untrained, he could not find my reservation, could not answer simple questions about the morning buffet such as the price of it. Thankfully, he was able to ask a colleague who was clearly more experienced and resolved the issues immediately. He also did not give me instructions on where the guest lift was. I ended up taking the wrong lift. I hope that Parkroyal can ensure that all their Check in staff are trained adequately before leaving them at the reception.

The suite was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed to accommodate families comfortably. Facilities such as the kitchenette, washing machine and dryer were particularly useful and added great convenience during our stay. The furnishings were modern and well-maintained, and the environment within the suite was quiet and comfortable despite the hotel’s central location. The staff were professional, courteous and attentive throughout our stay, ensuring that our needs were promptly attended to. Housekeeping standards were consistently high. The breakfast selection was satisfactory, and the recreational facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were well maintained and suitable for family use. Overall, Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur provided a comfortable, safe and convenient stay for our family. We would recommend this property to families seeking quality accommodation in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and would gladly consider returning in the future.
