From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The family room that we booked was spacious and clean with comfortable king bed and linens. The room was overlooking the Masjid Besi Putrajaya which had a fabulous view. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated with unique tiles. They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day.

Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.

Ideal location for our event. However, requested a room change, evident in the attached picture. Suggesting a refresh with new bedsheets and an upgrade for the armchair (sinking sponge). Breakfast lacked cheese in the omelette, but offered a good variety of other food options. Fruit cuts were larger than usual. The rest is good.

the location is strategic, but facilities are not..it does not meet the expectation that we expect from a prestigious hotel chain like ascott level..lets dive into the negative points: - shared parking with mall..since during my time it was full, i had to park along side the road - receptionist was slow..suprisingly guest had to register again over the counter, although we have done it online - the hotel only had 1 receptionist despite having long q of guests..i checked in at 9pm (which is not peak hour but still long q), cant imagine if its during normal check in time - no toiletries, only shower foam is provided - they provided the normal coffee/tea drinks with mugs and heater, but did not provide spoons now lets look into some of the positive points: - reception area looks cosy, minimalist design - hotel lift is fast, despite sharing it with the mall - room size is convenient and clean - they hv both fan n aircond, which is great for people who is not used to aircond

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the location of the hotel is also good. There is a convenience store opposite, so it is very convenient to buy anything. The slippers in the hotel are so cute. It’s the first time I’ve seen cotton slippers with angled corners.

Overall was great. Even the room without window but we still can breath. Very strategic location. Easy access to restaurant, bank, 24 hour shop. They provide 4 fluffy pillow. Maybe next time they can replace new iron! Since the iron was too old and not really function to iron my clothes.

Enviroment -Surrounding was clean and follow all the SOP out by goverment, tempereture taking and hand sanitizer was provided at the enterence and every outlets, Good practise and you feel confident. Reception -For positive feed back from me I would like to thank you to front office team especially to one of the handsome men staff his name on his name tag (Azam) for arranged my check in process even busy n have a long queue line they can managed the ship craked situation. Housekepping -Room was clean and the staff gave us good services even it is little outdated. Restaurant -Negatively. I want to make a food order and try to call the line Mya restaurant via a phone room press ”0” for so many times did not answer my call .. that is unbelievable. i try call again and again. Unfortunatly we can get it. very disappointed. Please we will paid for the food cost not for begging for free !!! So u should take care of ur customer needed.. pls alert with phone call did you heard or not.. please train your staff properly.. this is my second time visit at Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya but servis not good as i get for 1st time in 2019. i hope top Management will take this as a important issue when it come to this!!! PLEASE...

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

My 3rd time here. Nice resort, greenish environment. Though a bit dated, yet the room is large & clean. Requested the one with pool view as my kid was just 3yo, so most of the time enjoy playing in the pool. Water pressure is good. Got a little net to play badminton by the kids pool, fishing by the lake, cycling activities. Jungle & gym are closed during my stay, but it was good to see during my last stay. Food in the main restaurant was good. My kid likes to come by every meal for dining. Nice Italian Restaurant with Christmas decor. Overall, a relaxing stay that I would recommend for families with kids.
