Sunway Hotels Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

Location was really convenient with a nearby LRT and a mall located in the same building. For food wise, it was alright for teatime and we had a quiet time at the club lounge for breakfast too (we tried the ground floor lounge for 1 breakfast and it was really busy, but with more food options though) Overall, decent stay for the price 👍

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient and easy to access. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back again in the future.

When I returned to the hotel on the evening of August 14th, I noticed a towel carelessly left next to the bathroom sink (under the hair-dryer). There were red stains on the edge of the towel, just like the towel left in the walk-in shower the previous night. I am not sure if it was the exact same towel. I have stayed here for business several times before and never encountered these issues. Additionally, the caps on the glass water bottles were very difficult to open. 8月14晚回到酒店, 其中一條毛巾在浴室洗手盤旁的位置胡亂擺放(風筒之下), 那條毛巾的周邊染污了紅色的污漬, 跟前一晚放在企缸也是一樣的,不知道是否同一條毛巾,我前幾次來工幹也沒有這些問題, 而且玻璃水樽的蓋掩很難打開.

May 8, 2026. I checked in around 8 PM. Even though there weren't many people waiting, it still took about 30 minutes to process, which is longer than other hotels. What's more, after completing the check-in, the staff told me the room wasn't clean yet and therefore unavailable. I was speechless. I had to get the room after dinner. Also, when I checked in, I asked if a twin room was possible, and the staff said yes. But when I got to the room, it turned out to be a single room. If they had just told me no from the start, I wouldn't have been disappointed. It felt like they don't care about guests' needs. Actually, the hotel is great in other aspects: the room is large, clean, and the pool is beautiful, perfect for kids. It's also close to the mall, making dining and shopping convenient.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great stay at Sunway Velocity Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent with direct access to Sunway Velocity Mall. The facilities were great, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
