Absolutely did not enjoy my stay here. Starting from the receptionist who wasn’t very friendly and like to blame others for any fault, the room in general was not well kept and dirty. But let’s talk about the pros first: - Beds and pillows were comfy. Cons: 1) what you see in the pictures online are completely different from what they provide. Basically the amenities shown in the picture are not provided at all. There was no telephone in the room, if I wanted to speak to the receptionist, I had to go down myself to talk to them. Bathroom only provided shampoo and bath wash, that’s all. No bar soap, no toilet mat, no hair dryer. Mind you all these things were mentioned as provided in the website. I had to go down to the receptionist to get a hair dryer. 2) The light switch wasn’t working, I couldn’t off the lights at night and had to sleep with the light on. 3) Cleanliness in general was bad, there was an insect wing and hair in my bed when I arrived. Toilet was not very clean with water stains and dirt everywhere. 4) Coffee and creamer were provided, but the creamer was hardened?! I really question the edibility of the food provided. Also, the kettle was so dirty with stains I didn’t even dare use it. All in all, if the room was cheaper, I wouldn’t have so many complaints. But if they’re charging me rm 255.5/ night, no breakfast included, I would expect more from them. So yeah, absolutely would not come back here again.

This is my third time at Rompin Beach Resort. Nothing has changed in almost 20 years. There's a lack of plug points, and the breakfast is very ordinary. It's not worth the price of the breakfast package. At the very least, there should be eggs, but I couldn't find any protein options, and the bread selection was very limited. They should install a Coway water dispenser for guests' convenience. The drinking water bottles are also tiny, only 250ml. Overall, 6/10.

Nice place to stay near the beach with easy access to nearby shops. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This place is just horrible, we went in grp of 12 friends ,the place is extremely bad maintained . The toilet shower broken, never cleaned the room. The food is so bad is that we need to throw the entire dinner which we pre ordered. The F&B service is just not there , breakfast was as bad it can be . Zero service .....

The room was spotless and incredibly spacious. The location is super convenient, with direct access to the beach. It was a fantastic experience, great for taking lots of scenic photos, and the pool was a definite bonus!

This is my honest review. Horrible experience! This hotel is expensive compared to other hotels which are much more worth it. Not worth every penny spent here.There are old floor mats,old and small towels,not many plug points, not many food options even chicken is not available! Toilet and shower are not satisfied,you’ll understand when you book here guys..Hotel in an area far from the main city but the price is much more expensive than it.Management is very bad,they will not listen to your voice and will not upgrade their services and facilities even if you give them feedback.

The hotel is old, all facilities is in upgrading. But it is best hotel in Kuala Rompin area.

Good place to chill, quiet and nice big swimming pool. Bed, mattress cover sheet and blanket are dirty. Breakfast provided are average.

I've stay for business purpose. A little recommendation for the hotel: 1. Hotel signboard should be put on the opposite road of entrance. This should help your customers to see it more clearly 2. This hotel got it's own private beach and recreation ground. Please clean it properly. Your customer will enjoy staying at your hotel especially families & business travellers 3. Your wifi coverage to be able to cover all the location of chalets & hotel room. Really advisable and helpful to the customers since the telco network quit weak there.

Very convenient location which near town and u can find delicious roti canai (morning)and goreng pisang/ karipap (tea time). Also can go to beach 👍🏻
