This hotel is fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Excellent value for money. My vacation experience was perfect, and I'll definitely be back again!

The hotel is pretty mediocre. The facilities are really old, not new at all. Both the hallways and rooms have a strange smell that I didn't like. After sleeping there one night, my clothes smelled too. I wouldn't recommend it; it's old and small.

Extremely dissatisfied. After booking this one-night stay, I contacted the hotel several days before check-in due to a typhoon, which made it impossible for us to fly in. Even after clearly stating the reason and providing proof, the hotel still refused our request. Everyone should seriously consider this before booking.

Trip show 4 stay but when stay in, it is terrible like what I take the photo and vedio.

I booked this hotel mainly because I was participating in a marathon. The room has no window and is quite small. However, the bathroom is relatively spacious and comes with a hairdryer and soap. The hot water is stable, and the water pressure is strong — taking a hot shower after a full marathon felt amazing. The bed is very comfortable, and we were able to sleep well. However, the soundproofing is not very good, which may affect rest. There are a few areas that could be improved. For example, more hangers would be helpful. The electric kettle in the room was leaking and caused a minor burn, so I had to go downstairs to get a replacement. Also, there is no mirror in the room except in the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient. It would be better if a full-length mirror could be installed behind the door. Overall, the hotel meets basic needs and is suitable for a short stay, but there is still room for improvement in the details. Nearby areas have 7 eleven and family mart . Parking are free

The facilities are a bit old, but the room hygiene is decent. It's close to Chinatown and the Terengganu River, so dining is convenient!
