酒店位於青山溝青山湖景區“畫家村”附近，有自家小停車場和自家湖邊花園，周邊環境絕佳，開窗可見江景。酒店分為普通3層樓的客房和高級水上3層“躉船”客房。登上“躉船”房頂觀景，湖光山色，盡收眼底，環境性價比真是沒得説。我們住的普通3層樓的江景大床房，設施稍顯老舊，尤其是衞浴和洗漱用品，有點太簡易啦，與五一期間的客房價格相參照，總體性價比很不高，希望能改進。但酒店的就餐環境和菜品還是不錯的。若有條件，住新建的“躉船”客房，也許體驗會更好些！

老闆人很好，非常熱情實在，由於下雨了，房間打着空調被子還是有點涼，老闆特意出去買了插排給我們送到房間方便我們用電褥子。房間裝修雖然不是嶄新的，但是整潔乾淨。經過2天的觀察他家是青山湖住宿拍照取景最佳位置。他家湖中央的船上客房更有特色，這次訂房晚了沒訂到船上的房間，下次一定嘗試一下住船上的房間，那種住在湖中央的感覺一定很棒。

從北京開車去丹東玩，中間在寬甸停留一晚，看了青山湖附近的民宿，最後選擇這家能看江景的。晚上到二層閣樓用餐，邊吃邊賞江景，瞬間煩惱煙消雲散！定的帶陽台的房間，清晨推開房門滿眼綠意，甚是歡喜！就是早餐不是很豐富，基本就是雞蛋，小鹹菜和粥，找大姐要塊腐乳，看到直接用手從一個碟子裏給撥了一塊，當時現場看到有點不爽也表示不滿，服務員也表示了歉意，希望還是要多注意衞生吧，總體還是不錯！

本打算住一晚，到店後馬上決定再住一晚！環境太美了！我們一行四人住的躉船一樓房間，和坐船遊覽山水的感覺一樣，正趕上第二天一直下雨，我們四人在房間外躉船平台打上了麻將～太爽了！即使什麼都不幹衹坐在船舷對着江水和雲霧繚繞的山景發呆也是難得的享受。給我們留下更深印象的不止是美景還有熱情善良的老闆。老闆一家人待客都那麼樸實真誠，有求必應。最讓我感動的入住當天我咳嗽的厲害，衹好去詢問老闆哪裡能買到止咳葯？老闆説能買到葯的地方非常不好找，馬上把懷裡的小女兒交給家人自己親自開車去給我買葯，葯買來後又安排自己兒子親自送到我住的房間，真是太貼心了！真心祝願這樣用心辦民宿的老闆一家生意越來越好！

環境：就在湖邊，還可以釣魚，有小涼亭可以發呆，離青山湖遊船碼頭1km左右，晚上挺安靜
設施：我定的是山景標間，房間稍小，睡個覺問題不大，如果對湖景有需求或者想夜裡拍個星空啥的還是定對面湖帶陽台的吧
服務：住了兩晚，第二天沒有主動收拾房間，我自己去樓下換了毛巾；早餐10塊錢一位，倆人是一大碗粥、饅頭、四個涼菜，倆雞蛋和一個鹹鴨蛋；正餐也可以點，價格就一般城裡的物價水平，景區嘛能理解
