Very good host providing a clear instruction for check in. Unit clean and tidy. Provided extra towels and blanket. 2 futon beds also provided. Ciew very nice from the balcone and windows. A little bit packed during school holidays and public holidays. But it was a decent stay at timurbay

Stayed at timurbay resiencesd 3D2N was very impressed! The host will sent pdf very detail how to check in. The room clean, comfortable for 2adult & 2kids and the view from balcony is superbbbb!!!! The location easy to access beach and got many restaurants near the residences. The pool was spacious and got jacuzzi perfect to relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks ;)

Pros:
1. Beautiful sea view
2. Direct access to beach
3. Smart TV with netflix & prime tv (but need to use your own account)
Cons:
1. No toilet mat was provided (we were very dissapointed, bcs this should be complimentary amenities)
2. A bit strict rules and regulation.
3. Room smell like an old apartment.
4. Unnecessary furniture.
