The Everly Lhesson Kuching

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance, which made the whole experience even better. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, everything was smooth and hassle-free.

The location is strategic with viva mall next to it . Room was clean and comfortable . Staff is friendly . Breakfast is great nice variety and love the fruit juice

Pros: great location, next to Viva City shopping mall. Newly opened this year & everything in room are new and freah. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: Make sure you housekeeping & room inspection staff do check if the bathroom got foul smell or not; if there is foul smell then please attend to the problem and DO NOT assign the room to guest as I personally experience it and had to request for room change. The foul smell is noticeable and I don't understand why it wasn't pick up by staff; when ac is OFF the smell even drift to living space 😪🙄

Start from the basement parking to lobby then check in counter, all the staffs there very helpful and kind. The room is big, clean and new. Bed is soft and water heater function well. The swimming pool are clean. The breakfast also with variety cuisine and yummy. The only downside is the room aircon fan is loud, cant turn off.

Friendly front desk. Clean, room is big and washroom is big. Problem js there’s too many little lights everywhere in the room that i can’t turn off when i sleep - aircond, TV, mirrors, switches etc, plus reflections from mirrors means 2x these lights - so it was horrible for me as someone who is super sensitive to light. There’s at least 2-4 door boys at the main door each time I walk in/ out but they’re too busy chit chat and playing with each other - I don’t expect them to open doors for me but seeing a bunch of them there playing around ignoring people walking in and out is just waste of your resource.

Is new, clean and I like the room designs as well. The reception were friendly, would like to try their breakfast next time.

Reception was welcoming and fast. Hotel is new and modern. Am happy and recommend to stay as next to vivacity
