This is a good hotel with good hygiene. It's the best choice for a layover, and there are many delicious dining options downstairs. The only downsides are that the room is a bit small and has no window.

Very near to Airport , KK Mart and foodcourt. Easy to find food

The hotel overall was just okay. For a 1 or 2-day stay, it's fine. My partner and I came to this hotel, staying for one night to get some rest after a long car ride from Sibu. The hotel lobby looked good, but once we went to the second floor, it felt like we were entering a dorm/student's hostel. The door wasn't really safe either, as it was loose. The pillows and linens also had stains. We checked out early in the morning afterward, as we couldn't really get a good sleep through the night because of loud noise coming from outside. But overall, it is commendable. Nothing much to be expected. At least the staff is friendly👍🏻.

Always a good choice for budget hotel and great local food selection.

The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Although this is a budget hotel, the hotel room very small and needs proper maintenance and renovation. Aircon on for 1/2 hours still very hot in the room, mini size TV 24 inches with 3 local channels only. The room with 2x 250ml drinking water only. Foods stores in few steps and also very near to the airport. I booked this hotel for few hours transit use, but will not booking again.

Stayed here for 3 nites. The room & bathroom is small. U cant open the bathrrom door wide cuz its too narrow & the door will hit the toilet bowl. The room is clean & a/con is cold enough but there cracks in the bathroom sink & there's dirt below the sink. There's not much space in the room cuz the edge of the bed is rather near the wall. Only 2 btls of minerel water provided each day. NO Coffee/Tea & kettle provided. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided either. Only gd side is the towels are changed daily. Food is very convenient cuz there's a 24hrs food court downstairs, lots of shop/offices too even a goldsmith shop. Parking is a hassle cuz most lots are taken during the day. Its was rather Noisy during the day as there was construction going on nearby but its quieter in the nite.

Air conditioner not cool enough. No mug, no electric kettle. Room located above food stall , cooking smoke enter the room. Good location for 1 night encounter to airport.

This room was booked by me for my friends — a twin room with two single beds. Upon entering the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the door could not be properly closed, which did not meet basic accommodation standards. In addition, the room was located on the ground floor, making the overall experience very disappointing. Under these circumstances, we had no choice but to pay extra to change to a room on the second floor, which was only acceptable. We are very disappointed with this room arrangement and do not believe such a room should be offered to guests. We hope the hotel will take this matter seriously and provide a reasonable explanation or resolution.

The air conditioning wasn't working well, the toilet was clogged, and the room wasn't very clean.

Very noisy, the room is quite small, can fit one luggage only. The shower is leaking. Good location and they allowed early check in.
