Pros - nice river view, big room, comfy bed, good water pressure in shower, iron facilities provided, varieties of tv channel, good sound insulation. Cons - aircond sound is loud & not really cold. The lobby itself is warm too, no bidet hose.

The location is very strategic, within walking distance to the Kuching Cat Statue and the waterfront. I also got the room with the nice view as requested. The room was spacious enough for the three of us, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Definitely will stay here again next time.

Stayed during New Year. Check-in & check-out smooth, room clean and comfortable. River view memang cantik, highlight of the stay. Only downside was breakfast buffet—quite crowded, limited staff, slower refills and had to find/share tables. Hopefully better planning during public holidays in the future.
