Friendly staff, clean room with windows. Enjoy their in-house café by embar with daily complimentary coupon dir each guest valued at MYR 25. Could be used from breakfast to afternoon tea. Pretty good deal and quality.

Cozy room with fully accommodated amenities. Breakfast vouchers are given at check-in for Embers Cafe. Food was great and very fulfilling to start the day. Only downsides is that the location of the hotel is close to a busy road, so you can hear vehicles at night. However, booking a room with no windows does help to reduce the noise.

Overall, it was a good stay with a great location as Pandungan has plenty of things and food to explore, highly recommend! The only issue was the water heater, which was fixed by maintenance but stopped working again the next morning, so I had to switch to a smaller room. However, this didn’t affect the overall experience, still a pleasant stay!

The food vouchers offered were great, and the food itself was delicious. Plus, the extended hours (07:30-16:30) were very convenient. I'd definitely recommend it. However, my stay in room 103 was problematic. Over six nights, my key card failed three times, the door lock had power issues twice, and the safe had no power when I checked in. All these issues required housekeeping to come and fix them before I could use anything. I would have overlooked a single malfunction, but after two or three issues, I considered changing rooms. By then, though, I only had one or two nights left, so I just put up with it. It was certainly not a smooth check-in experience.
