Friendly staff, clean room with windows. Enjoy their in-house café by embar with daily complimentary coupon dir each guest valued at MYR 25. Could be used from breakfast to afternoon tea. Pretty good deal and quality.

Cozy room with fully accommodated amenities. Breakfast vouchers are given at check-in for Embers Cafe. Food was great and very fulfilling to start the day. Only downsides is that the location of the hotel is close to a busy road, so you can hear vehicles at night. However, booking a room with no windows does help to reduce the noise.

A Hotel that next to downtown of kuching. Food are all over the surrounding. Late night supper stall just over the street and taste very local Not bad 7/10

Overall, it was a good stay with a great location as Pandungan has plenty of things and food to explore, highly recommend! The only issue was the water heater, which was fixed by maintenance but stopped working again the next morning, so I had to switch to a smaller room. However, this didn’t affect the overall experience, still a pleasant stay!

Less than 10km from airport. 20mins walk from waterfront, 30mins walk to open air market (bus station to Bako National Park). Air-conditioning excellent, hot shower excellent. Bad: toilet flush slow n nearly not flowing down at room 0303. Breakfast voucher is actually valid for meal 8am-5pm, worth rm25. Most of the meal rm20-27 exclusively of tax.

It was good，clean and comfortable ...... and the counter was friendly .

Good location

The room cleanliness is a bit poor, so many hair on the floor , the bathroom tiles are also not brushed well, many stains and dirts sticking. The most annoying part is the aircon is facing straight to the bed, so the wind no matter how i tried, still blows directly to my face and body. I will never come back again.

Basic hotel room. There's no window for my room so it's a bit damp in the room. The bed isn't the most comfortable but it's alright. The staff was however very nice and friendly.

Everything went smoothly. The check and check out process was easy. The room was clean & comfortable, spacious bathroom. The only issue was the water heater, which was stopped working the next morning. Breakfast is a RM25 voucher per pax when you book for a room.

Cleanliness: when we entered the room, there was a small puddle from the fridge that they had to clean up. Service: Not responsive. Check in receptionist took awhile to verify my booking, had to call front desk multiple times to clean up the puddle. Amenities: Average toiletry and the shower handle was dated. Water pressure and temperature was alright. Location: Slightly far from the main streets and we were closer to the fire station. Downside, there wasn't any convenient stores within 5 minutes.

I have stayed thisbhotel for several times, and it has always bern a comfortable and affordable choice. The rooms are cozy and well-kept.
