Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Carpenter street, the waterfront, where nightly light shows (approx 15mins) are held and various historical buildings and sites are right at the doorstep of the hotel or within walking distance. There is also an excellent mall (Plaza Merdeka) is connected to the hotel which is a plus. Great service from all staff, thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable

Everything was good. Very strategic location located at the heart of city centre of kuching. View from the room was superb as our room was facing the waterfront.

The location is superb, walkable distance to Darul Hana bridge, India Street, Carpenter Street and Borneo Cultures Museum. Plaza Merdeka is right beside the hotel, you can go to the mall through hotel lobby. I love how comfy the bed is and receptionist is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Strategic location. One side is Sarawak river, one side is Chinatown. The hotel also connected to shopping mall. No worry if you are looking for food or groceries.

Clean and good location but the projection lights are too strong to allow viewing outside at night through the windows. They dont have a USB charger to borrow, strange for a hotel of this class!!

Toilet constantly has a foul odour. Bedroom was okay. Fairly clean. Staffs were friendly.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient. Everything you need is nearby: food, shops, and a beautiful promenade. My room, however, was strangely located on the roof of the adjacent building, meaning I could only see the roof from my window, which blocked the view of the complex (even though I paid for a complex view).
