Dear Management Team,
I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding our recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodations was unacceptable and significantly impacted our family vacation.
Upon checking into our first room, we encountered several health and safety issues:
* Lack of basic utilities: There was no water supply in the room.
* Sanitation issues: The floors were so dirty that we had to wear shoes at all times.
* Biohazard concern: Most distressingly, we discovered bloodstains on the bedsheets.
While I appreciate your team moving us to a second room, the situation did not improve. The water running from the taps was brown and dirty. Even after waiting over half an hour, the water quality remained the same. As a result, my family was unable to shower for the entirety of our trip.
This experience fell far below the standards we expected. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a [full/partial] refund for our stay. I look forward to your prompt response regarding how you intend to rectify this situation.
