It is an Old hotel, but if you don't mind staying. Quite far from the waterfront Kuching... the hotel food is nice. If you come early and want to put all your things, yes you might consider this hotel for staying. Staff is very good, fast action( I req an iron, and immediately they sent it).

The hotel was okay. However, if a guest leaves something behind, the hotel should contact them after check-out so they are aware of their forgotten item.

Breakfast okay, sangat mengenyangkan saya dan husband. The view and location bilik seperti yg diminta. The service from the staff also cepat and friendly. I loved it here. Recommended.

For my experience, this hotel provide only 2 towels eventhough i book for 3 person, and clogged toilet bowl, and staff services for me is poor..i order food and already gives tip to the rider to send direct infront my room..but hotel staff not allowed them. Then after i collect my self the package, nobody staff assist me. So rude and arrogant! For me thats my bad experience.

Great location,helpful and friendly staff. Big room but have problem with hot and cold water tap, not function properly.

The hotel is old, and only one elevator works, so getting up and down is a bit slow. The corridors and rooms smell damp. I booked a room for three people, but the amenities provided were always for two people. Fortunately, the staff were quick to respond when reminded. However, during our four-day, three-night stay, we consistently had to remind the staff. There was an air-conditioning problem on the first night, but the next day we received a new room with functioning air conditioning.

This hotel has fantastic location. Only that apart from location, I didn't like any part of the hotel room, including services, bedding, and especially I find it hard to accept the standard of its toilet. My room toilet kind of leaks, but you don't know where the water comes from, as the floor is constantly wet and the floor towel is always wet, which makes the experience of going to toilet quite unbearable. The bedding kind of smells funny, and the housekeeping said they will need to charge you for additional towel. Pillows were too high and out of shape to me. This is Deluxe Room perhaps the Premium ones have better provisions. I hope. Don't think I will ever go back to this hotel though.
