I always stay here with my kids when I go back to Kuching. We chose this place because it is near our relative’s house. Room with window is a little dusty. We stayed one extra night with no window. We slept so well.

Water pipe slow..aircond not in good condittion..average not value for money..

Our room was ok but I was not happy with the toilet bowl. The water from the flushing cistern is not strong thus making the toilet paper accumulate in the toilet bowl. This doesn't only happen in our room but we also notice the same problem for the female public toilet at the lobby area.

Great location to access to everywhere with friendly staffs. Will check in again for next trip.

Good place to stay for those who are in budget… The Hotel is quite comfortable and offered free breakfast is great deals too… The internet connection is great… Highly recommended…

- request parking for my car but hotel did not reserve the parking (receptionist said based on availability) but i saw other cars can reserve and hotel put their car number to reserve the parking. - on the first night i found baby cockroach on my bed - hot water not function at all in the toilet. (only shower with cold water) - calling for maintenance at 11pm, they said maintenance already going home. - calling for maintenance the next day and wait for 1 hour, but still they're not coming so i just cancelled because i need to go out. - room number : 506 please check thoroughly before other customers check-in. please do better next time. btw, i had a pleasant stay at the hotel. TQ.

Provide early check in please .... Bayar lebih pun xpa ... Sampai kuching 9am .. need to wait untill 2pm .. sangat penat .. sorry gambarxda kena mengena

The worst stay ever in my travels journey all over the place. The amenities was not so good, no iron provided in the room, cleanliness is worst with the toilet is leaking and smell terrible.this is very old hotel room, thus when cleanliness is not taking care perfectly it is just no differ with cow barn. What more special is the services provided at the front desk and as well at the dining hall. I PAID for whole families room with breakfast, and we entitled for it. For all days stayed, when we go down for breakfast, there is NO STAFF at all at the front dining hall (to check on which room are you, your stay included breakfast). Since nobody at the counter, we just grab our breakfast then. And while enjoying the foods, still NO STAFF at the front for us to notify them all of our rooms are here for breakfast. Then we just grab our foods but here comes the worst thing. They (staff from out no where and the kitchen staff) talking at the back with some Sarawakian language, and shows the poker faces toward us while keep talking. I had live in Sarawak for quite sometime before, did understand a little bit what they are saying. With the judgement of all of you saying are we entitled for the breakfast or not, why dont you approached us and asked which room number are you?instead of talked bad in front customer assuming that they dont understand your language? Its a shame of you for non professional ethics and services provided by all of you, which supposed A STAFF standby at the front of dining hall. I dont think with this services provided and manners of the staff, this mere hotel doesn’t deserved to be mentioned in the brochure of visiting Sarawak. And same goes with your rating,which does not reflect your hotel services at all. Owh maybe it is paid rating maybe as part of marketing for this mere old hotel.

Room is clean. There's hot water at any hour. Would be good if the kitchen is opened till 12am No amenities nearby at night.

Good location. The room is good. Breakfast also nice. The staffs are helpful. The amenities are excellent. The price is affordable
